This post alone is about the customer service, NOT the food. The food was fire!!! fresh and hot kusy how i like it, my ONLY complaint! IT SHOULD NOT TAKE AN HOUR TO COOK SO SALMON WHEN I WAS THE ONLY PERSON TO HAVE ORDERED. Nothing pisses me off more than watching employees laughing and talking in the back when I have been waiting over 20 minutes for some fish and rice!!! I ordered at 4:38 at 5:20 a guy calls my number to tell me sorry it’s coming right out, because at this point they could see me staring in the window, I see the guy drop my grilled salmon in the deep frier!! At 5:40 calls my number again asked me if I would like a side of red beans and rice and greens for the wait then continues to thank me for being so patient and how much of a patient person I was, then has the nerve to say “come again” Little did he know I was boiling inside!!! I wanted my money back but I also was very hungry! My salmon was dry and tough on the outside from being fried! Why would I ever come back to a place that takes an hour for 1 persons order when yall in the back laughing and talking! Smh a shame because the food is good!
