Tried this spot out for the first time today. Had passed here several times, but saw a YouTube segment that said it was one of the better places to get good fast food burgers and fish sandwiches. I took my Mom there cause she loves a good piece of fish. Nice decor and clean, opwn seating environment. She had the North Atlantic Cod dinner with fries and a side salad, and it came with a dinner roll as well.. I had the North Atlantic Cod Sandwich Value Basket, that came with fries and a drink. I also got 2 of the Buffalo Chicken Tenders to try out. Food came out quick. The portions were good for the price, and the food came out hot, and everything was fresh. Lots of choices when it comes to sauces and dips, and even though they are a few cents extra, the sizes are good. You can tell the staff was trained well in service, as even if it wasnt their paticular register or station, they acknowledge you and ask if they can help. I have to come baxk to try a burger and a shake, and this will definitely be a new hangout spot when I feel for some quality fast food, or want fo take Mom out for a little outing. Really enjoyed it and I highly recommend. Thank you.

First time customer here and I won’t be returning. Went on the inside, ordered a 3 piece cod dinner. The Cod dinner includes 3 pieces of fish and 2 sides. I chose onion rings & fries. (Keep this in mind for later). The cod fish was placed on top of my fries & onion rings making them both very soggy! Fries were cold and fish was bland & tasteless. As I began to eat the cod fish, the breading was wet and fell completely off! Being modest and trying to be unproblematic, the only mention I made about the food was the fact that my fries were cold. I could’ve complained about the entire meal but I wanted to be nice and only mentioned the temperature of my fries! When I mentioned to management that my fries were cold and would like another order of onion rings instead, they charged me $.50 claiming the onion rings were more expensive, lol. Anyhoo, I paid the .50 and sat in the dining area to eat. It was unkempt and nasty. Side note: management was NOT friendly at all and honestly she gave racist vibes as I watched her be so happy to talk with the white couple as we waited for our food. Not one time did she smile during our interaction. She didn’t thank us nor invite us back. We didn’t feel welcome at all during this visit to Culver’s.

Nice location and plenty of parking. We didn’t have to wait to long to place our food order. We ordered the Deluxe Burger Basket and another Deluxe Burger. We weren’t offered the “biggie” upgrade like last time. That made us think we were at McDs. We sat down and waited awhile (15min) for our food. Fries were cold, and burgers were both warm not hot or fresh with crushed top buns.

Writing this review for my mother, who recently visited this restaurant for her 30-minute lunch, I wanted to share her experience. She ordered a burger, but unfortunately, the lettuce was old. She called the restaurant to inform them about the issue and requested to speak to the manager.
The young lady on the phone informed her that the manager was not available, so she asked to speak to the supervisor. As she was going to get the “supervisor”, my mom could hear her saying, “I told her you were busy.” The “supervisor” answered, Scott, she told him about her lettuce. It tastes old and appears old. He told her their “lettuce is not old.” lol. Okay.
My mom decided to risk being late from her lunch and returned to the restaurant to return the food. When she arrived, Scott THE GENERAL MANAGER took the food and kept saying, “The lettuce is not old, it’s not brown.” I have included the photos for you to clearly see the pieces of brown lettuce.
Regardless of how you feel about this, it’s important to remember that if a customer is sharing their experience, it’s their reality.

This was amazing! Everything was so deliciously real; I left not feeling bloated. They gave my medical service dog a pup cup and offered me a gluten-free bun! The only thing that would make this better is if they cooked in tallow or lard!

To my understanding, Culver’s makes their burgers fresh to order, but between their cold salty burgers, I don’t think that’s true. I first tried Culver’s a few years ago and their burgers use to be hot and fresh tasting, but as of lately it seems as though some corners are being cut. Outside of their milkshakes, I don’t see me eating here anymore. In my opinion, the price doesn’t match the taste of the food.

Great burgers, but even better employees.
I have celiac and so must eat gluten free 100%. Was expecting to only be able to have a bunless burger, but Joshua offered a gluten free bun as an option when I mentioned the omission of a bun was due to an allergy. The bun also seemed to have been steamed which was a welcome change to the normal sad and falling apart GF bun experience.
He also checked with who I believe was management to see if the fries were gluten free too (sadly not due to shared fryers with gluten containing foods). Very appreciative to them for being open and honest. Extra appreciative for the manager shooting down a different worker’s comment about having to accommodate gluten free – always glad to see management in food service actually take allergies seriously.

Burger had plastic wrap mixed in with the cheese. Men’s bathroom was nasty. Unsweetened tea containers in lobby and behind the counter was sweet. Culvers is my goto restaurant when traveling, I’ve eaten at Culvers in Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Florida; and I would have to say this Culver’s is probably the worst Culver’s experience that I’ve had.

This was my first time eating inside a Culver’s. I was surprised how nice it was on the inside. Nothing like a McDonald’s or Wendy’s. Their menu was much more extensive and had some healthier choices on it too. (Broccoli for a side?? Wow!)
I tried the limited time colby jack pub burger. It was well cooked, if not a bit bland. The onion rings were great. Tried Culver’s signature root beer and it was awesome. Their sauce is basically a cheese sauce with peppers. A nice kick to it.
Tried a bit of my companion’s chicken tenders. VERY tender and tasted fresh, like they had never been frozen. Will definitely be back.

Wow! Burger was Bomb!! If you enjoy having a good burger this local spot is amazing!. Their menu is Awesome!. If you have kids they also have amazing ice cream. So if your in town bring the family here you won’t be disappointed. Thank you guys for the great customer service. I will be back soon !
