The clam chowder was amazing. This was the best one of the four different clam chowders I tried while visiting the area for a week.
This place is a little bit of a hole in the wall, but their seafood is on point! I would definitely come back here for the clam chowder alone. It knocked my socks off!
The fries were great as was the burger and fried chicken sandwiches my kids had. The grilled fish sandwich was a bit spicy for those who don’t like spice, but the flavor was great!
Service is about what you would expect from a fish counter that sells fresh fish by the pound. If you go into it with that expectation, you won’t be let down.

I was craving a crab melt & I definitely came to the right place. The crab was fresh & delicious. My husband got clam chowder & garlic bread & YUM. Compliments to the chef!! I would highly recommend coming here for fresh seafood! We were also able to eat with our dog in the main lobby. We will absolutely be returning.

Positioned right on the bay by the Pacific seafood factory. This unassuming eatery is a gem.
You’d think the seafood volunteered to be cooked, seafood here is unbelievably fresh and tastes like they leaped from the sea right into your plate!
I mean there’s a section where you can see part of the factory where shrimp are being sorted and prepared…..
The breading, the cook and the seasoning were on point.
The fries here are the perfect crunch and comfort ❤️I asked them for its recipe, assuming they’d confirm my suspicion of them being just generic frozen ones. Their answer won me over. (You’re going to want to ask).
Often times you find really good fish and chips but are let down by the accompaniments. At the Fish Peddler’s Market, the tartar sauce is a winner in its own right. You’ll end up wanting to eat more fish right after.

Loved the seafood at this market/restaurant – they really know how to prepare it! The grilled fish sandwich I had was just the way I wanted it, and the fries were crispy and hot, just the way I like it. My wife loved her clam chowder topped with Dungeness crab with a side of garlic bread. And it was another easily wheelchair accessible experience!

Great meal in a very casual atmosphere. Ordered lunch at the counter and sat down. We got our food fast enough that I was worried about the quality, but actually the meal was great! I’ve had several local clam chowders and this was one of the best. The fish and chips was also delightful. The traditional halibut and chips is beer battered and very good, but the real winner here is the locally caught rockfish and chips, which is not only fresh, but panko crusted and delicious. And, wow, the tartar sauce!! The dining area has windows into the fish processing area, which isn’t really my thing, but I’d happily brave it in the future to come back.

Some of the best clam chowder we’ve ever had. Perfect ratio of clam to potato. The shrimp po boy was divine as well. The coleslaw was lackluster but we needed some greens.

Do yourself a favor and stop by for a bowl of clam chowder and add in the crab! This is some of the best I’ve had, great flavor and not too rich. After enjoying our chowder, we grabbed another bowl to go to enjoy later.
Service was friendly and it was interesting to watch them process the shrimp while we enjoyed lunch.

A bit disappointed that the crab is not fresh as I had expected. I appreciate the workers being honest that almost all crab is flash frozen when caught and not fresh in store. I might as well bought it cheaper at home and a sale at Safeway instead of almost double priced. The service was exceptional, we ended up buying other seafood not offered inland. The clam chowder is amazing. That I would come back for.
