We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. We had friends in town and after doing some running around we decided to finally pop in and give First watch a try. We arrived late in their day around 1315 and we had to wait just about 5 mins. We were greeted right away and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Once we were seated our server came over right away and got us started. She was very friendly and attentive. We started with mimosas and they were pretty good. Our food came out in a timely manner and everything was cooked well. My French toast was cooked nicely and tasted good, everyone else enjoyed their food as well. Overall it was a good experience and we will definitely be returning.

This place is my favorite! I’ve been to this place but in NJ and was hoping it was exactly the same and it WAS! Their food is soooo good. We ordered the strawberry tres Leche, the million dollar bacon, potato and waffles. The waffle is cooked perfect. Nice and lightly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It was all so good. My husband only eats my food and I begged him to come with me. He LIKED it and was very impressed.

After watching and waiting for this location to open, we (me and my friend Barbara) decided to visit opening week. We were not disappointed.
We started off with some Million Dollar Bacon and a Morning Meditation drink. The bacon was sweet with a little kick at the end while the drink had an earthy flavor. Both delicious!
Barb had the Smoked Salmon Frittata while I enjoyed the Elevated Egg Sandwich. She said hers was delicious and my sandwich was gooey and decadent. If you need to wash your hands after you know it was good.
As wonderful as our food was our server, Daniel. He is a huge asset to First Watch. Thank you for your service, sir and we will be back because you and the delicious food is worth the trek from Boulder City!

Impeccable food (we had The Traditional and The Trifecta and of course the Million Dollar Bacon) along with the outstanding customer service, everything was wonderful!
Manny went above and beyond! He was very personable, shared his favorites and engaged in great conversation! We asked to talk to the manager to share our experience and Shannon was amazing as well, loved her heart and passion for the restaurant! Such a great day! Thank you so much!

I looked forward to patronize this restaurant. I was simply disappointed. I would have rather gone to many other restaurants nearby. The menu selection was odd for a “breakfast/lunch” restaurant. The waiter was pleasant but seemed to share our point of view about items missing from the menu. I ordered a Cobb salad, they will not toss the salad. I asked for Bleu cheese salad dressing, they only have ranch and a vinegar oil type dressing. The bread stick you see in the picture was cold (not a horrible thing), but it was stale and bad tasting. A Cobb salad is traditionally a chopped salad. This was not chopped, instead the greens were a variety that had little taste and was very stringy. The sandwich was as interesting as the picture. We do not recommend a visit unless some time has passed when they perfect their menu and preparation.

Was able to get in for their soft opening. Staff were super friendly. Our server Kelly was super attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Food was delicious. Tried their morning meditation drink which I didn’t care for. My husband had the lavender haze which he liked. Restaurant is on the small side but is decorated well. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We enjoyed lunch at the new First Watch location. We used to dine regularly at the Franklin, Tennessee spot, so we knew what to expect—and it didn’t disappoint. We sat at the bar and had a great meal. The breakfast tacos were amazing and highly recommended! Our bartender, Danny, was awesome, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Everyone was upbeat and positive, and we even overheard staff complimenting each other as food came out of the kitchen. Great vibes all around!

We visited First Watch while traveling in Las Vegas and had a truly great experience. The food quality was excellent – easily some of the best we’ve had so far on this trip. Everything tasted fresh, well prepared, and thoughtfully made.
The service was outstanding. Our server, Manny, was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, and really made the experience special. You could tell he genuinely cares about the guests.
The restaurant itself was very clean and well maintained. As visitors from Europe, we especially appreciated the quality of the tableware – this was the first place we’ve been to in the U.S. where the cutlery and plates felt solid and high quality, not plastic or disposable, which we’ve encountered quite often elsewhere.
Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would highly recommend.
