First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. I always enjoy my experience here. There’s a moderate noise level but it’s only because every table is enjoying themselves–you can feel that positive energy as soon as you step in and it just makes you smile. The staff is so friendly and personable, and the food is soooo good. I’m literally working my way through the menu!

Kristen was absolutely AMAZING!! She was so sweet and we loved her style I work in service so to find someone who does such a fantastic job in hospitality is such a gift!! She knew all about the food and drinks which helped when trying to decide what to get. She made our day and I cannot rave about her enough. I hope all her tables are able to see the level of service we did!!!

This was our first visit to First Watch, and we had high hopes. It looks really nice. Well decorated, open, and clean. The staff we encountered were helpful and considerate, explaining specials, etc… But the food. The wife and I split the special (Croissant Breakfast Sandwich) and their Floridian French Toast. First, the croissant was just croissant shaped bread, which is very disappointing. Croissant should be flaky, buttery, airy. You know, very distinctive. We agreed after that we’d rather have had the “croissant” from a Burger King Croissandwich. The bacon was wonderful, perfectly rendered, thick, peppery. But the jalapenos were flavorless. And while the potatoes looked like they had a chance a glory, the complete lack of seasoning and slight underdone cook left them a sad version of their potential. And the French toast? Wrong bread. While thick, it lacked any personality and both wasn’t soaked long enough to create a custard nor crisped on the outside as you should with either style of French toast. Utter failure. The fruit was nice, though. Oh, and if you want actual maple syrup, you can get it. And then you can pay $1.79 for it. We won’t be going back. There are too many better spots to spend this kind of money at and get much better food.

This place was delicious! Wonderful food, amazing service (Liam was our waiter), and great atmosphere! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! Million dollar bacon was perfectly cooked and tasted almost like a cookie! So good! I had the morning meditation juice and the elevated egg sandwich with the potatoes! All were very very tasty! Not a single complaint and we can’t wait to go back!!

This is a great location with tons of potential. The food was amazing and so was the service. I got the Works Omelette and it was perfect. We also tried the Floridian French Toast and the Farmhouse Skillet which were just as scrumptious. Of course we tried all the juices and they are healthy but oh so delicious. Will definitely be returning and would absolutely recommend it.

The food and service was AMAZING. Our server, Ellie, was very professional but also so chill and just super likable and very bubbly personality! The food was so yummy! I got the avocado toast and my boyfriend got the Banana crunch pancake and a carrot cake with pecan pancakes- we both devoured our meals within 10 minutes of setting the plates down- super yummy and super awesome
