We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. I was in the area & wanted to try this location out. Very Clean, welcoming location & atmosphere. I tried something new. The Elevated Egg Sandwich plate. You have the choice to of how you’d prefer the egg to be cooked. I did request to have it (the yolk) a bit runny. Unfortunately, the egg was overly cooked. The breakfast sandwich was still good. I’ll be back.

I’ve eaten at two other First Watch locations here in Saint Louis MO and they served good food. I recently got take-out from First Watch in University City and it did not disappoint.
Everything was served hot, fresh and flavorful.
They had good customer service also.
I enjoyed each item I ordered.
The stand out was the Belgium waffle.
It was delicious, hot, and buttery.
I will definitely be eating at this location again soon.

This was a wonderful birthday meal. Loved the chicken apple sausage, turkey sausage gravy & biscuit, & the cinna chip pancake. The mocha iced coffee was more of a drink than coffee. It was delicious just not strong coffee.

I love this location. 3 of us went to breakfast at this particular location. Our food tasted great !! The kale mixed juice was fantastic !! My veggies sandwiche was really good ! The mixed veggies soup tasted really delicious. Great menu with really good options. We are definitely coming back !

GREAT SERVICE AND AWESOME BREAKFAST ! My fiance and I started off with the coffee with the free refills love love love the taste. They give you a whole canister full and pour whenever you need a refill which is nice. I ordered the turkey biscuits and gravy my new favorite. My fiance ordered the Belgian waffle oh my gosh it was perfect and the side blueberry sauce that came with it was outta this world. Service was Great, I didn’t catch her name but it was a blonde woman she was very attentive and always had a smile on her face. Food came up super quick I was so surprised because of how busy they were. Location is great parking was super easy and plentiful. Who ever the manager that runs this place I just want to say Thank you and you’re fantastic job. Keep up the great work everyone ! Will definitely be back possibly every weekend. You know what 30 bucks for breakfast that was top notch can’t beat that. King-side Diner in Clayton take notes because this place is about to run your business in the ground. Finally we have a great breakfast to eat at.

It’s our first time at this First Watch – University City location. We came early on Saturday morning so there was no wait. Great atmosphere and service was fantastic. Everything we have ever ordered here has been great. Today I got the avocado toast and I loved it a lot. The biscuit and gravy was delicious. My honey caramel crunch coffee was sweet enough to my liking. I also got the fresh fruit drink Tropical sunrise for my kid and it’s very refreshing with no added sugar. Overall, it’s always a good place for fresh and tasty breakfast.

Had a 30 wait, not bad for Sunday morning at 11 am. It was busy, but I wanted to give our server Emma a shoutout. Emma had a handful of tables but she was always attentive and positive. Our food was great, thanks again Emma! See you next time.

Food was good, drinks were good but be sure to ask for light ice or a separate glass of ice to get your money’s worth. I had the veggie burger with seasoned potatoes and both were good. I didn’t take a photo of my food because I’m not ‘that guy’ but trust me…I cleaned the plate.
