First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. This was my 1st time eating at a First Watch and I have to say that it was really good eating! We had a party of 5, got seated really quickly and the food came out in a timely fashion!
We had the salmon frittata, biscuits and gravy, double bacon Parmesan hash, eggs Benedict and the breakfast Trifecta! Our server Mia was amazing! My son was really fascinated with her headband and when we leafy she was kind enough to give it to him! So sweet!
Great food, great service! Will definitely be back!

Our server, Diane, was the best! She made my boyfriend’s and my experience so enjoyable. Not only was she quick and kind, but she was also very personable. We always appreciate a genuine, funny conversation, and she delivered just that. The food was amazing, and Diane’s recommendations were out of this world. The B.E.C. sandwich was the best.

Let’s talk about service beyond the menu – that is Mya and Maddie. From the moment I called to give them heads up about our large party and needing wheelchair accommodations – they received every request with open arms, no hesitancies, no muffled sighs that signaled aggravation. They smiled – said okay, helped get my dad comfortable and treated him as if he was the only one in the restaurant in that moment. When he decided to change his order – okay. When he wanted to try a different drink – okay. Beyond the meal, they prepped him his own large blueberry pancake complete with a whip cream smile and birthday candle. Thanked him for his service as a veteran and gave the most thoughtful card – signed by team members with the kindest Happy Birthday messages enclosed. This is a reminder that sometimes our purpose is to simply be kind. They may never know how much their sincerity uplifted my Dad and honestly even me. This is my go to breakfast/brunch place. I’ve been here a gazillion times and I absolutely love this place. It’s a very happy and peaceful spot. The multigrain chocolate chip pancakes are a must try.

Best breakfast place in the area. The service was excellent. We accidentally ordered a food with pork and my wife didn’t eat pork and we didn’t know that and they came checked with us and changed our food with no charges. Very thoughtful. Very good food and super cozy environment.

The pumpkin pancake & waffles were delicious! We were surprised and a bit upset when our bill came and we saw “pelligrino: $4.29.” When we sat we ordered water and that was that. We weren’t asked “bottled or tap?” Normally if you pay for water at restaurants, they ask this. To us it looked and tasted like chilled water in a glass milk bottle. They should let people know this before charging them.

First Watch is always a go too. It’s comfortable and you somewhat know the menu, everything is tasty and it’s place to just relax and eat. This is probably my favorite location, the food is always hot and the staff takes great care of you!

This was our first visit to this lovely restaurant and we are loving it. Everything about it is so good, including ambiance, food. We ordered million dollar bacon, morning meditation, Italian inspired omelette and steak hash. All of them were delicious. Definitely going back again.
