Comprehension is not a requirement for your drive through people. I order my food and after 26 minutes my order was wrong I ask for him to fix it and he just gave me the exact same thing over again. I paid for extra fries & and got an empty little bag with about 6 fries. Worst Chicken Experess I’ve been to… will drive out the way not to eat here again.

I went to your store around 12:40 pm. Everything was fine until I asked for a bag and honey. The drive-thru cashier barely stuck his hand out of the window, which caused me to overextend my arm. When I asked him to stick his hand out further, he snatched the honey back inside and closed the window in my face.

I waited, then asked again. He told me to pull up. I explained I wasn’t pulling up because all I needed was a bag and honey. He closed the window on me again and started passing orders through the back door instead of handing me what I asked for. At that point, I started recording the interaction. I even knocked on the window to get someone else’s attention, but the cashier continued refusing to give me what I asked for.

At 12:56 pm, Zach, the store manager, came to the window. He didn’t seem concerned about my complaint, and the employee stood there with a smug look on his face. Zach didn’t apologize or address the behavior at all.

This was rude and unprofessional. All I wanted was a bag and honey, and instead I was ignored, dismissed, and treated with disrespect. I expect this issue to be addressed.

Came to order food and food was cold and was asked to pull up and was told only 7 mins wait. There were 4-5 cars in the drive thru and all of the cars were gone by the time I got my food. I waited over 15 mins for food and then to get it dry and dark spots on it..ridiculous service. They told me that oh I can refund you. I walked into location and the location and the store was absolutely filthy and tables were disgusting. As I tried to speak with the manager about my situation they provided an horrible inconvenience and managers seemed to be poorly trained. The manager (Stephanie) and Inez and Candace showed no empathy or any good customer service due to this matter. My family and I will never step foot back into this location ever. (11/10/2019) Update! Inez and Candace also refunded me but not my full amount…so now I have to go back for a 3rd time to get the rest of my money when I told Inez that the refund receipt did not show full amount and Inez assured me that it would be the full amount.

Returned the following day because I noticed on my debit card they charged me for a side item and ice when I returned the side item. I kindly asked if I can have my money back and they told me because it is a different day we cannot give you your money back which is STEALING, and on top of that they told me if I didn’t leave they would call the police on me! Come back to this place NEVER!! I don’t encourage anyone to because of this situation! Be very careful dealing with these people!

Count your strips they will short you. I bought a 12 piece on 2 separate occasions and was only given 9 and 8 respectively. Called to straighten situation and no answer never.

The service and atmosphere was horrible. The drive through lady is very rude. And sorry chicken E, your drive through speaker crackles if you didn’t know. Like almost every location. Avid eaters here!
When asked if she was okay? If I’d did something to upset her? she had an answer…. So because she had to repeat herself she felt the need to be rude to us! Seems like it’s a regular thing since there’s so many drive thru complaints. Not good at math, but I know what a common denominator! Was not the only person to drive off either so I know there’s more people out there that felt they’d be served better elsewhere

I understand shortages, but you gotta let me know when your out. Don’t just give me gravy milk. I left 2 stars because they are usually good and they gave me some good sized chicken to compensate. But still, if you are out, just say so when I pull up.

My sister and I always expect to enjoy Chicken Express food a lot. This was high up there! Leftover tenders next day were so good, too. Fried okra was warm, fresh, tasty, and crunchy. The cole slaw was not fresh, and that is very important. Cabbage with dressing is nasty, tastes bad, makes my mouth itch. This was aged at least a little while, as it must be. Fantastic. Rich, creamy, sweet, crunchy, so good. Next day even better.
Employees were quite pleasant. They got the order exactly right. Window cashier was not wearing gloves. Is that mainly to protect the glove wearer? The gloves would touch money, credit cards, all kinds of things that might harbor pathogens. I hope they have gloves to protect themselves.
