It’s a good breakfast place! Very tasty and flavorful, fast service and decent coffee. We came in on a day when we had no power this week. It was a relief to hang out there!

Our meal came out fairly quickly and they had everything correct. 3/4 of us really like our meals.

2nd time, I’ve gone to FW. It’s a little too churched up for me. It’s geared more toward a healthy, trendy customer, and I’m okay with that. I’m a hometown, family owned kind of guy. But I needed a place to sit, eat, and talk to my Son about a problem that came up.

This place was nice and had great tasting food, but I do have one small issue the waiter was either too lazy or it’s the new age hipster style breakfast spot but I was asked for coffee and he filled the cup like 1/8 the way and walked away which made me and my girlfriend laugh. Then he proceeded to ask if we were ready every other minute mind you I never been here before, then after we got our food and we needed a couple of drinks there was nobody to be found so I had to ask the greeters to call somebody to help us. Overall it was a very pleasant experience but not used to that kind of customer service.

First time and last. Food was cold. Ordered the biscuits and gravy. Biscuit was cold and dry, gravy was slightly warm. Over priced. Never received a refill on our drinks. They weren’t even busy. Absolutely the worst breakfast I have had in a really long time. As a chef I am always trying new place. This one was a fail.

The food was fine- about the same quality as any breakfast chain you’ll find in Knoxville, although the portions were, IMO, skimpy for the price. The service was not particularly attentive, and we were handed checks 5 minutes after food was delivered with no attention to our table after that. The place is pleasant enough that we could talk as friends but I couldn’t particularly recommend it.

First time at First Watch. Stopped in for quick brunch. I ordered the “market skillet” and husband ordered a shredded beef breakfast burrito. Both were excellent fresh ingredients and perfect portions(cleaned our plates and full). Rarely I get perfectly cooked over medium eggs and they were!! Highly recommend for a quick healthy fresh meal!

Where a host can’t even greet you properly because they’re so busy that it doesn’t matter if they have good customer service. Saying “Good morning” and asking an appropriate question such as “How many in your party?” or “Did you get in line online?” is the bare minimum to be a host. Staring at me with the expectation that I’m going to tell you how to conduct our interaction is not meeting that minimum.

Wanting a quick brunch option after a game day? Forget about it. 1 hour wait time for a table plus an hour or more for food once you order. Makes sense because they’re short on cooks (per the hiring signs outside), but ironically they can’t cook an over medium egg to save their lives. Runny does not equal over medium.
