First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Best place in Huntsville for breakfast or brunch. I love that they leave the coffee pot on the table with water so you don’t have to ask for refills. Food is fantastic.

Absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end! Our hostess was polite and helpful, our food was absolutely amazing and completely filling not to forget that it was cooked exactly right! Our server Simone hands down has been the best server I have had in literal years…and for that I most definitely will keep coming back.
The staff while leaving were absolutely amazing as well and I am truly thankful that I stopped here to eat this morning!

The steak and eggs on the seasonal menu were fantastic. The steak is melt in your mouth good and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The wait staff were knowledgeable and funny. Bathroom was clean and well kept. Although there were many people here during lunch, the atmosphere was nice. Definitely would recommend to anyone who loves breakfast food. Oh yeah, their juice drinks are awesome!

I doubt this would be served at the restaurant, where it could be sent back. Please do not jilt delivery customers on food quality. We paid our money to have a nice breakfast delivered today, and someone made the conscious decision to send this fruit to us. It’s a slap in the face.

My husband visited a First Watch in Tennessee, and told me how good it was, so we decided to check out the one here in Huntsville. We always love having breakfast for lunch, and it is hard to find restaurants that offer breakfast later in the day. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and very bright and cheerful, with several wall murals to decorate the space. The menu has tons of things to choose from, so there is something for everyone. Our food came out hot and fresh, and tasted wonderful. I chose the “potato upgrade” that adds Million Dollar Bacon and cheese sauce to your cooked potatoes, and it was well worth it. Very tasty! The portions are very large, and I ended up with leftover to take home….always a nice bonus! The service was very friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable for the portion size. We will definitely go back again.

This is a higher end breakfast restaurant with some unique selections. I ordered the sausage and gravy biscuit and a side blueberry pancake. The pancake was light and fluffy with a blueberry syrup. 10/10.

I’ve been to first watch twice now and both times were great. This is definitely my favorite spot in Huntsville to get brunch. I love the menu variety and the Million Dollar Bacon is a must have with anything you order. I look forward to getting brunch here again soon.
