First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Visited First Watch in Clearwater during my trip and was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. The food came out fresh, well seasoned, and genuinely satisfying. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, the potatoes had a great crispy bite, and the bacon was cooked just right. I also tried one of their juices, and it was honestly so refreshing, bright, cold, and tasted super fresh.
The portions were generous without feeling heavy, and everything looked as good as it tasted. Service was smooth, and the vibe was exactly what you want from a breakfast and brunch spot.
I would definitely come back next time I am in town.

My wife and I were in the area shopping and decided to stop in for brunch. We were familiar with the chain and have dined with First Watch many times during our travels.
This was between late breakfast and early lunch so not real busy. We were seated right away and brought menus. My wife was more in the mood for brunch, so she chose the Brisket for the Biscuit special that was highlighted. I decided to be a tiny bit more health conscious and selected the Multi-Grain Blueberry pancakes.
We enjoyed coffees and out meals came out quickly, hot and delicious. I must admit, I was a bit jealous. Her Brisket for the Biscuit looked incredible and tasted great – she did share a bite, but only one. My pancakes were light and fluffy and wonderful.
It was a great experience, as always. Food was great, service was excellent, and atmosphere was nice and low enough we could talk to each other.

First Watch is thoroughly adequate. The fact that they bring you a carafe of coffee or hot water for tea plus a carafe of drinking water is excellent . The food and service are good. The ambiance is OK. For some reason, we found it a bit noisy, although it wasn’t crowded. That may have been because we were seated next to the kitchen. Would we go back? Maybe.

Came in for breakfast. Greeted happily and seated quickly. Our server was so nice and attentive. Farm house style decor and atmosphere. Large menu with lots of great choices. Our food was wonderful! Tacos, chickichanga, French toast and pancakes. We will return!

Thank-you again Daniela for the Great service at our visit 2/25/2026. Food was outstanding but disappointed in sunrise bowl, no blueberries or strawberries in my bowl, which are in season. Had to pay extra for those berries. Thank-you again, Greg and Mike.

We stopped by First Watch this morning for breakfast and had a fantastic experience. Ashley was our server and she was absolutely amazing — so friendly, personable, and attentive. She made sure we were taken care of the entire time.
The food came out hot and tasted incredible, the coffee was good, and the orange juice was stellar. From start to finish, everything was great. Highly recommend this place, especially if you get Ashley as your server!

First watch is one of the best breakfast spots we have found highly recommend the million dollar bacon and the pumpkin pancakes and the million dollar potatoes were pretty fantastic and the breakfast tacos! Omg so worth it !!

The menu is a little pricey, but first watch is an awesome experience! Everything came out super fast and was delicious. The biggest problem with this restaurant is how hard it is to park in the parking lot, but if you can find parking, it’s a great experience!

It was totally packed when I arrived at 1 pm. My server Vanessa was very kind and did wonderfully. Food was so delicious as usual. One of my favorite brunch spots for sure.
