First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Fantastic. We live in Cali so we don’t have any around. When we lived in Ohio there was one around corner and I miss this one was delicious as always. I’ve even had in Dallas and it’s so worth going to everywhere you go.

Bad morning made brighter with a visit to #FirstWatch for breakfast.
Great cup of coffee and half mixed iced tea. No bitter taste to the tea, just fresh and caffeinated.
I ordered the farmers’ skillet, my son ordered the special burrito, my husband the classic eggs benedict.
Nice presentation, lovely taste with all three orders. My husband’s poached eggs were a little to done, but all in all, the food was great. The toast was wonderful, thick cut, nutty, and delicious with a thin smear of butter served with berry jam.
On a different visit we had chimichuri steak hash special, the farmhouse hash and the hands winning meal our son ordered the best breakfast sandwich the B.E.C – bacon, egg and cheddar, this was so delicious.

First time at First Watch. Had to try it after reading about it in a Leadership Book and it is not disappointing. The server was on point, the greeting at the door. Clean and friendly…but the food was FAB

We started next door at the Sweet Bean for breakfast but they refuse to serve glasses of water. We came over to First Watch and they totally hooked us up with endless water so we stayed and ate breakfast here instead. Sabrina was our waitress and she was very kind and helpful. She even brought over a strawberry muffin for us to try and it was incredible. We had the trifecta and hot chocolate and it was delicious. Everyone was very upbeat and we really enjoyed our breakfast. I love the waffles here. We came for the Sweet Bean breakfast but ended up having an even better breakfast at First Watch. We should’ve come here to begin with. Thank you Abby for giving us water right as we came in – because of that we stayed and ate breakfast.

Service was good. Had the eggs Benedict which came on a sandwich bun. It was OK but kinda weird and not great. Traditional English muffin would have been much better.
