We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. Today was our first visit to First Watch & we will be coming back! My daughter & I enjoyed the traditional breakfast and the Chimichuri Steak & Egg Hash, with an add on of their chicken apple sausage patties (2 in a side order). We started with hot coffee (they leave a full steel carafe on your table), an iced tea and an iced coffee. All 3 were delicious. There is a bull full of half & half & international delight flavored cuplettes on each table, as well as sugar & sweetners.
Our breakfast came out fresh,hot and looking fantastic! My daughter had the traditional breakfast: eggs, turkey sausage links, toast (with a small dish of straberry jam), and home fried potatoes! She couldn’t stop talking about how fresh and delicious everything was.
I had the Chimichuri Steak & Egg Hash & it was phenomenal! The pieces of steak were tender and juicy; the potatoes, onions and peppers were cooked to perfection and the 2 eggs that topped the bowl were done how I like them!
I was concerned by the amount of cheese that was listed under the description, but this dish came out beautifully – the cheese was complimentary and did not overpowering the dish!
From our entry into the restaurant, to our exit, the staff were friendly, helpful and offered suggestions!
It was a really pleasant experience and we will be having breakfast or brunch here again soon!
Our 2 breakfast entrees and 3 drinks came to $46., which we felt was worth the quality & quantity of great food we got!
We highly recommend giving First Watch a try!

So good! The service was amazing and the food was next level. I ordered the Chimichurri steak and eggs hash and it was so flavorful and delicious! They also had a turkey gravy that was awesome. The meditation drink was really good too. Definitely coming back

Ask for JJ! She’s the best – friendly, efficient, and a beautiful smile. My husband was a first-timer at First Watch and it didn’t disappoint! Food quality was perfect. Loved every bite. Dogs are welcome on the patio. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely delicious food. We had gluten-free French toast, a side of awesome bacon with some spice and sweet, breakfast tacos, and a breakfast burrito.

But we’re seated within about 10 minutes.
Service was appropriate and typical.
There was a line for women’s restrooms. I would recommend to the owners to consider making the single stall restrooms into unisex to help the flow because women always end up with lines at the restroom.

Absolutely delicious food! We never go out for brunch but this place was sooo worth it! Everything we ordered was incredible. Kid’s french toast was very thick and the adult French toast with the berry compote tasted like a jelly filled donut. We even were able to order it gluten-free and it was a real treat! We also loved the omelet and biscuits n gravy, the breakfast potatoes are a MUST! Also got the blood orange sparkler which was beautiful and delicious. Their brewed pot of coffee was perfect too, way better than average coffee. Our server was kind. Such a great experience for our family of five! My gluten-free ten year old would’ve given a 10-star rating if possible.

We love First Watch and when ever we can we’ll come visit. But I’m writing the review not because of the food, because it’s always amazing. I’m writing this because our server, Daron, was amazing, truly amazing. We were a party of 12, and he was so awesome. I’d come back here just for him!
