Everything was nice but we aren’t slightly salty and super sweet and thats kinda what we found with our food. I can say the quality was really nice and nothing was halfway done. Its not for us but I think for those who like food like that this is probably a favorite spot. The staff was so kind and friendly cause we are visiting here and they gave us good advice on what to try and stuff like that. this is a good place may try some other dishes to see if we can find something more up our alley. I think it would be worth it to try.

First my burger was cold and the fries were old. I went back and there are hairs on my burger looks like two different types of hair. One looks like it could be a pubic hair if you ask me. Now I just want a refund. I don’t if it’s because we are African American or not but we are seeming to have a lot of issues. They had my second burger waiting on me in less than 10 min.

I have been here many times, but I’ve only had the burgers, but my wife tried chicken and it was great also, but the burgers are amazing and I love their fries because there are always hot. I have also tried their ice cream before and it is so delicious I didn’t have time to get in a this time. I’ve been to Culver’s in several cities, and I have never been disappointed.

I had the 2pc fish dinner. Amazing! It was hot, flaky, and big pieces. The coleslaw was also creamy and flavorful. The fries are always a favorite. Staff was very friendly. What can I say? Every Culver’s is the best! Never had a bad meal or service from all that I’ve been to.

Good food and great service. I had a kids’ meal — cheeseburger, broccoli, and tea. Did you know adults can order kids’ meals? They used to not charge for adding tomatoes and choosing broccoli instead of fries, but now they charged 30 cents additional for each choice. You can add lettuce for free, but it is chopped and tends to fall off of the sandwich. It’s still good and fresh. My son had the cod dinner, and the fish was thick slices instead of the thin, nearly invisible fish you get at other fast-food fish places. They bring it to your table so you do not have to stand and wait. On a Monday night, there was almost no waiting.

I love a good mushroom and Swiss burger. Culver’s and another fast food restaurant in town are my favorites. Y’all have just become my #1 stop. I’m not very good with technology and i’m not good at using the app. I’d like to learn how to get discounts and I live on social security disability. So for this Culver’s visit I went through the drive-thru. I got two four-piece chicken strip baskets and a kids meal. Although 90% of my food was really great, all of the fries were kind of lacking. The fries were well salted, however, some of the fries were crispy/burnt, some of them soggy, and it looked very much like they were thrown into the bag. When I opened two of my three bags the fries were all over. I would go back because the food is normally high profile and the service is pretty great. But, I would say that in the future to just always keep in mind you are handling other people’s food.

It’s ok that I can’t pick up a DoorDash order via the window (dumb, but ok not your fault). It’s not ok for the same person to tell me this 3 separate times because they can’t be bothered to remember someone they just talked to 30s ago.
And all that for you get the drink wrong, no straw, and the side had like 6 cheese curds, the marinara I paid for wasn’t included; To call that person RUDE for being mildly annoyed by the combination of a silly policy and an idiot sitting in a chair at the drive thru window is a pretty incredible Customer Service approach.
I’d say I won’t be back, but at this pace I think I won’t have have the choice in a few years.

I placed a very large online order. It went to Farmington instead of Cape. The staff was so nice. I ordered online because it’s a large order and I wanted them to have plenty if time. They were the nicest people both Cape and Farmington helped me figure it out.
