First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Great breakfast spot. The food is fresh, flavorful, and consistently well made. The food was perfectly cooked with the portions satisfying without being heavy, and everything tastes clean and high quality. The staff is friendly, attentive, and keeps things moving even when it’s busy. The restaurant is perfect for a relaxed breakfast.

Very great spot in Hinesville to eat breakfast and lunch. Great food..cooked fresh and serve hot! Great menu. Great service. Great drinks. Your not gonna find quality food to much in Hinesville. You won’t be disappointed this is one of the best restaurants in Hinesville (and there aren’t many!) Great Mangers (Brittany) was great and helpful. They care about their customers and their satisfaction. And Great servers( piper) was excellent. Definitely will be back and bringing my family from out of town here!

Toree served us. She was very kind and prompt, but also allowed us to have space to eat and enjoy. The food was great. We got the classic eggs Benedict, chimichurri steak and eggs hash, and the chickichanga. All were flavorful. The only critique is that the eggs on the Benedict weren’t runny but the yolk was runny on our hash. The restaurant is clean and you can see into the kitchen which also looks clean.

Honestly I didn’t know what to expect after hearing mix reviews from coworkers over the last 8 months. HOWEVER!!! This place is awesome, the atmosphere and energy is kinetic. The employees truly seem to love working together. The man who I thought to be the host, then maybe the bartender, on what seem to be a really busy day had the most welcoming and calming demeanor, I shortly realized after now bringing my to go order table side that he was apart of the management team. Food was delicious, I literally asked for seconds. GREAT JOB First Watch you have a new fan!

I had Aja as my server today. She is absolutely amazing. Super sweet. Not only is she serving, she is busing as well. Even with the extra work she was constantly checking on me and my son, making sure we had everything we needed. Made my Christmas eve morning better.

My boyfriend and I came on Saturday morning for brunch and we had a great experience with Melissa as our server. The food and her service were absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere was great and we decided we would return on Sunday. On Sunday we came back and we sat at the bar because the place was packed and Piper was our bartender/server and she quickly acknowledged us, and took our orders. My boyfriend has specific food allergies and cannot eat pork. She took his omelette order. Unfortunately, the kitchen made a mistake and put mushrooms in his omelette, which he was OK with he could’ve picked those out however Piper assured that the kitchen remake the order to his exact specifications and it came out very quickly so we were impressed with her insistence on getting the order, right Needless to say we will return. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

It was our first visit to First Watch Hinesville Georgia and it was a great experience. Isabella did a wonderful job as our server very thoughtful very kind. The food was delicious. The kids portions were outrageously large. So please be careful when purchasing for a child. Kids portion still cut oats picture below.

The place was clean! The food was really nice and the server, Brooke was amazing she was friendly, helpful and professional. It was my first time and she was very patient while I was indecisive and helped me with some suggestions as well as an online graphic menu.
The food was really good and it tasted fresh. The portions are a good size and they many options to choose from although each location varies. I wasn’t a great fan of the sourdough. The syrup is served warm!!! Coffee was served immediately on arrival, I appreciated the promptness.
Overall would definitely recommend, the prices are certainly a winner!
