We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. We had a really good experience at First Watch overall. We went on a busy weekend and waited about 30 minutes for a table, which we expected given how packed it was. Once we were seated, our waitress was extremely kind and attentive and made us feel welcome despite how busy things were. The food was delicious and everything tasted very fresh, and there were plenty of great juice options to choose from. The only small downsides were that the iced coffee tasted more like milk with how much creamer was used, and we were seated very close to a family with younger kids, so it felt a little crowded while we were trying to eat. We just wish we had a bit more space. Even with those things, we would definitely come back again.

As my picky-eater husband stated, “the million-dollar bacon is worth coming back for.” It has a sweet start and finishes with a peppery flavor. And crispy. It is VERY, very good.
My salmon frittata was delicious and the bougie iced toffee coffee was amazing.
Our waitress was top-notch and super friendly.
We loved it and will be back.

Good chain brunch spot with an extensive menu and some healthy(ish) options!
I love the variety of the menu here, there is something for everyone. I got their SoCal breakfast hash and it was delicious. We also got oatmeal with a grilled and buttered blueberry muffin (INSANE!) which was also tasty. The million dollar bacon never disappoints either.
My one main concern about this place is the lack of consistency. Sometimes we come and the food is fresh and hot. Other times, its cold and the oatmeal is clumpy, bacon undercooked. A great restaurant should be much more consistent.
I will still keep coming back because they always make it right when we say something we ordered isn’t up to the standard, but it does make the experience a little less enjoyable.

I had breakfast here with my son, and it was such a lovely way to start the day. The food was delicious, fresh, and well prepared, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming—perfect for a family breakfast.
I want to give a special thank you to our server, Amanda, who was absolutely the best. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her great attitude really made the experience even better.

We arrived late, 45 minutes to close. We were served quickly and ordered immediately. Our food was served quickly and the waitress stayed on top of our needs. We even got to go drinks that we didn’t ask for, that was great.
The strawberry tres leches french toast was delicious. The unsweetened iced tea was perfect, served as requested.
Our complaint was the hash. The potatoes were a bit overdone with some crunchy bits that numbered more than a few and bordered on more than well done. One might almost call them burnt.
