The food and fresh juices keep us coming back. I never order the same thing twice and somehow it always lands exactly where it should. Balanced, comforting, and thoughtfully made. The kind of meal that feels good while you’re eating it and even better when you leave.

We’ve been in about five times over the last two months, which tells you everything you need to know. On our most recent visit, they were a bit short staffed. Early January, people traveling, totally understandable. We’ve been there ourselves. Even so, our server showed up with grace and focus, juggling multiple tables and still delivering genuine care. That effort never goes unnoticed.

First Watch does what it does well. Consistent food, thoughtful service, and a space that makes you want to slow down just a bit longer. That’s why we keep coming back.

I placed a pickup order from First Watch and was really disappointed with the quality and service. One of the meals was completely burnt, and the breakfast potatoes were undercooked and overly salty. I had to drive back to the restaurant to have the order remade, which was inconvenient and frustrating. When I returned, no manager came out to apologize or offer any service recovery, which made the experience even worse. I’ve always enjoyed First Watch for dine-in, but this visit really missed the mark in both food quality and customer service.

I got the pumpkin pancake breakfast (seasonal) and enjoyed it very much. It says you get 1 pancake but I ordered another one which ended up being bad idea because their pancakes are HUGE the picture probably doesn’t do it justice. Overall, good food and good service. Great place for breakfast or brunch with friends.

I’ve been dying to try this place. It’s bad. The service is slow, and the food is junk. I got the “ham and gruyere melt” (check the photo). It was:
1. not a melt
2. blaaaaand

Good coffee.

I usually go to the First Watch in Abington and love it, but decided to give this location a try since it’s closer to me. I’ve been a few times now, and it’s just as great as the Abington one. The staff is sweet and attentive, the food is always fresh and tasty, and I’m hooked on their avocado toast. Plus, I really like the cozy farmhouse vibe here.

Our server Jennifer was attentive and kind. The food was absolutely amazing, I ate every last bit. We didn’t have to ask for refills, everything was perfect!

I would say this is really a 4.5/5. Food won’t wow you but is really good especially for a chain breakfast/lunch spot. Prices were reasonable. Service was to the point and not over the top. Food came out fairly quickly.
We had two options from the spring specials menu: the BEC (4/5) and the bacon Cheese Corn Bread (5/5)
We also ordered from the regular menu the Power Wrap (4/5) and Cheesy Grits (4/5). Got the pancakes but took them to go (4/5)

We have been to First Watch hundred’s of times. The majority of the times being at this specific location. Over the years we’ve received really spotty service and food, but we had become friendly with some of the staff and honestly, the choices for breakfast in this area are extremely sparse. Although our visits became much less frequent, we continued to go every once in awhile.

Today was the absolute last time we will ever dine at this location. We waited AN HOUR for our food and eventually just put money on the table for the drinks and left. Not one time did our waitress come over to let us know why it was taking so long or how much longer it would be. We weren’t asked if we needed refills, we weren’t even glanced at. There was a family who was sat a minute prior to us with the same amount of people, who ate, paid their check, and left before we even got our food. There were 3 people in our party and we ordered ONE waffle, a bowl of oatmeal, Million Dollar Bacon, and the BEC. There is absolutely no reason for it to take an hour to make those items, especially when the restaurant was fairly empty.

My husband & I have both been in customer service all of our lives. When we go out we are always super laid back and tip very well. We understand no one is perfect. Servers have bad days, bartenders get overwhelmed, food gets made wrong, but when people refuse to take any accountability for their screw ups, we’re done. We are regulars and have always been cool with mess ups, yet no one even came over to our table to let us know what was going on. We have had a bunch of crappy experiences here, but never this bad. I suggest just making the drive to Waterside Cafe in Bensalem and never giving this establishment your money.

I tried the trifecta and we ordered holey donuts for the table. Food was delicious with generous portions. If you like white sugar, you have to ask for it. Only sugar in the raw and substitutes on the table. Place is busy and can be loud. Lines seem to move quickly but best to get there on the early side.
