First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Stopped for lunch with my wife. She had soup and 1/2 sandwich. She said it was very good. I had steak hash with over-easy eggs. I I,e the hash, steak was tender and tasty, lots of extras like feta and greens. My only negative was that I thought they used too much salt and pepper. Mid $20s plus tip. I recommend.

The food was excellent it had a hint of spice and it was prepared fast I had ordered the billion dollar bacon and it was a sparkling honey taste with a hint of spicy. The atmosphere is soft and calm. There is a board with extra amazing things to try while your there.

I Came In On A Tuesday Afternoon. I Called Ahead To Make Sure They Weren’t Too Busy & Ask If They Had Mimosas. The Girl On The Phone Was Very Nice. She Told Me The Had Ran Out Of Champagne But They Still Had Other Premade Drinks (something about their liquor license not allowing them to have an open bar). I Made My Way Over & I Parked In The Garage Behind The Restaurant, Doesn’t Seem Like They Have Their Own.
My Server Was A Man, But My Check Said Ashley, I Didn’t Get His Name But He Was Really Nice & Did A Good Job.
I Ordered The Pomegranate Sunrise & Biscuit With Turkey Gravy, Eggs Sunny Side Up With Cheese & It Came With Home Fries. Overall The Meal Was Pretty Good, The Gravy Was A Bit Salty But Not Over Powering. My Biggest Complaint Is How Dirty The Silverware Was. I Choose To Request Plastic Instead Of Another Set.
The Ambiance Was Nice & Calm, Kind Of Cozy Even Though It’s A Big Space. They Play Music But It’s Not Loud Enough To Interfere With Having Conversations But Loud Enough To Get Caught By Automated Systems. Overall Good Experience Price Wasn’t Bad Either.

We were a party of 7 on a Saturday afternoon with just a 20 minute wait on a very busy day. Everyone from the host to the server was outstanding. This restaurant operates like clockwork, and very professional. They have a relatively diverse menu with options for everyone. I got the Cobb salad with lemon vinaigrette dressing. A great combination to be sure. The quality is very good and the portion size is decent. The value is also very good. The only negative is the intense noise level coming from the guests. This cannot be helped when the restaurant is filled to capacity. Overall this is easily one of the best places in Hershey for breakfast or lunch.
