Worst service ever!!!! I was the only customer and they forgot about me let my Stromboli over cook like crazy demanded a refund cause they were trying to serve it to me, if that wasn’t enough they gave it to a person who just walked up and ordered. If that wasn’t enough they were eating food off the buffet during my 25 min wait and I didn’t see anything being rung up! Looks like your DONE!!!!

It’s an ok place. Food is alright, depending on the person. What made me upset about my experience today and that..me and me mother were skipped for having an order taken. A random guy came up and they took their order first instead of ours when we were finally ready to order and I find this extremely rude.

They bake the pizza in front of you, so it’s always fresh! Love the breadsticks with marinara sauce, it’s why I come back. The lady who works the counter all the time is very sweet.

For the 2nd time in a couple months, I’ve ordered my food, gone through the line, get up to pay, and they tell me their credit card machine isn’t working. Since I have no cash, they tell me the ATM is about a 100 yards that way. The ATM also charges over $3 for the transaction and my bank charges an additional $2. I simply told them to cancel my order and walked away, as did the person behind me. Very poor solution on this places part. Next time, let us know if your credit card device is not working before we order food.

I’ve been there couple times, the customer service was great, although one of the employees couldn’t speak English, but the other guy explained me everything and made my meal even cheaper! Great pizzas and great customer service, definitely will visit it again!

Went in at 6:30 to get some pizza and they were already cleaning up with all the food put away. I asked if I could order and the gentleman said no. I asked when they closed and he said 7. They should be serving Food during the hours that they advertise as open. I went to the mall solely to eat here.
