This was a very pleasant surprise! We had originally planned to go to a different bar/grill down the block (D Street), walked in and everyone was smoking, (no thank you)…we walked a block to Fireside and so GLAD WE DID!
Their beer was great.
The presentation of our food was appealing.
We ordered an appetizer of mushrooms-best we’ve ever had!! Homemade breading on a sliced white/button mushroom with homemade sauces, a very large portion too!
Buns for the burgers came from the bakery across the street. So many unique burgers to choose from, pickle burger was great!!
The owner came around and conversed with the customers and service was excellent!
Cleanliness… partially open kitchen, food prep they were wearing gloves-I like to see how my food is being prepared.
We WILL be back when we are in the area again!

We had the most amazing Valentine’s dinner! The BBQ platter was absolutely incredible — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and more than enough to share. Every bite was delicious and you could really tell the quality was top notch.
Our waitress, Tiffonie, made the whole experience even better. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. She checked on us at just the right times and truly went above and beyond to make our night special.
Between the outstanding food and the excellent service, it was a perfect Valentine’s celebration. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

This is one of our favorite places to eat when we come to this part of Indiana. The Food is great as is the atmosphere and the service. Today I had the Honey You’re Bacon My Heart Burger along with Parmesan Tots… both were delicious. My wife had the Spicy Sticky Chicky Sandwich and fries… also a great choice. This place is always worth the stop!

If you’re traveling across the 90 and want an extraordinary restaurant to eat and grab a beer…take the time to come here. Parking can run out quick because this place is so popular so be ready to walk 30 seconds or so. The wait staff, Gina in my case, was extremely welcoming and warm. I was promptly seated and allowed ample time to review the drink menu before selecting a drink for my wife. The beer and cocktail selection is excellent. My wife ordered a beer and a cocktail and both were absolutely fantastic. To Chris, now that I think about it, make sure to use the single ball ice cube with the Old Fashioned. We got a couple of burgers, the Armadillo Eggs, and some BBQ. All were incredible. I’ve had Kansas City BBQ, Texas BBQ, and BBQ from across the South. This is some of the best food and BBQ I’ve had. Juicy, flavorful, and good size portions…make for an incredible experience. Then, make sure to save room because the from scratch dessert will blow you away!!! Cost wasn’t too bad either for everything and the service throughout was top notch! To reiterate, if you’re even remotely nearby, swing by Fireside and grab a bite. You won’t regret it.

Personally thought the meal we got was on the dry n tough side. The ribs I got didn’t have much moister at all and the brisket my brother got was equally dry. My dad got the cluckin Norris and ended up pulling the chicken out and eating the rest. The food had amazing flavor and it has the potential to be amazing just needs to perfect a few things!

Great place to meet and catch up with friends. I had the GOAT burger. It was awesome. Diana, our waitress was wise, helpful and friendly. More than that, she’s anointed and served us on a level that the world is not familiar with. We had a blessed evening.
