The Caesar salad was so good i wasn’t able to get a picture.
Their hot sandwiches are great on fireside bread or flat bread.
Since the renovations they have even more seats!

I ordered off of doordash. The sandwich I got was the high point FS which I’m assuming stands for full size since there was a half and a quarter size available. The sandwich was about as big as my fist. Definitely not worth almost $19. And the mozzarella on it I was assuming was going to be fresh but instead it seemed like a single slice of cheese. I got a large Yellowstone Pizza which is buffalo chicken that said it had Gorgonzola on it, but instead of actual Gorgonzola it seemed like maybe they used blue cheese dressing but it tasted like ranch dressing and I can’t stand ranch dressing. Additionally, I got the s’more Pizza which sounded like it could be worth it, but it tasted like uncooked dough with cinnamon, marshmallows and chocolate bars on it. It might have been tastier if it was crunchy or crispy. But I would definitely not order any of that again. I can’t even imagine what you would actually get if you ordered a quarter sandwich.

First, the USO Center (on the Sub Base in New London) bought 10 large pizzas for the service members on a recent Tuesday. Fireside Pizza generously gave us a pan of Cannolis at no charge!! . Such gesture was very much appreciated by all the service members!!! Community-minded business! ❤️ Their pizza crust is like none other – thin, crispy, and not too glutinous. Best crust in New England! Best pizza in New Englabd!! Toppings are generous and their Rice Bowls are very delicious and very reasonably-priced! Will be going back to try other menu items!!!

Really fabulous brick oven/ wood fired pizza. Somewhat pricey but worth it. Quality control varies a bit – sometimes pizzas can be over fired and sometimes a bit soggy. Generally very yummy though.

Second year in a row we had a party of 35-40 people at fireside. We are at Mohegan Sun for a youth basketball tournament. The staff is awesome and accommodating, pizza delicious, and owner is great to our kids. Wish we lived closer to visit more often. Highly recommend!

Never in my LIFE have I paid $36 for 1 pizza. We order from this place all the time and have years. We did a large make your own pizza that starts at $18 (according to website), with 4 toppings (price not listed per item) of spinach, ricotta, bacon, and onions. Didn’t say how much it was over the phone but I figured can’t be too high, the delivery fee is only $2. Went to my bank account to find this pizza was $36…we should’ve cancelled honestly. Definitely the last time we’re ordering because clearly we can no longer afford it, this was just crazy.

Came here on a Saturday evening and to our surprise it wasn’t busy. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. Seems like a lot of delivery and pick-up orders mainly, but there’s plenty of room for dining in. The Fireside Bites (spinach) were different, but amazing and we’ll try the Philly cheese next time. The wood fire pizza tasted delicious and was cooked perfectly. It has a fair share of wines, champagne, and beer but it’s not a bar, so don’t expect a full listing. We’ll definitely be returning for the pizza and the bites.

I really enjoyed the Yellowstone pizza! Flavor was on point and crust was !
I also had ordered from DoorDash and I was craving crispy chicken instead of grilled but there was no option to substitute. I called the store directly and asked them if they could accommodate me, and they did! I know it was probably a pain in the butt, so I was thankful they accommodated my picky request. Next time I will order and pick up in person to thank them directly.

The staff is very friendly and the pizza is to die for!!!!! We ordered a small pizza and it was so good after driving 20 min each way we ordered another pizza pick up 10 min after I got home because we could not live without another one!!!! Our go to place for great tasty pizza!!!! 10/10
