Extremely disappointing experience with the night staff. We placed a DoorDash order at 8:00 PM, and it was confirmed. Shortly after, the order was canceled due to their inability to fulfill it while still on shift. It felt like, because they were close to closing, they assumed the order simply shouldn’t be upheld, even though it had already been accepted. After speaking with the fill-in manager, Abby, her tone and willingness to understand the situation were noticeably lacking. There was little effort to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.
If the business hours state that you are open until 9 PM, service should be provided until 9 PM. Customers plan around those posted hours. No one waits until the last minute just for fun, people are balancing work and life and relying on the time advertised.

Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from this location again. Judging by the recent reviews, others may want to reconsider as well, especially if ordering close to closing time.

I am a diabetic and my blood sugar was dropping dangerously low, I love firehouse and we were newr one so my husband stopped. We walked in at 8:48 which was clearly a massive problem as the guy literally rolled his eyes and looked at the clock then at us. When we got ready to order he made it abundantly clear we were not welcome to stay and eat there. Half way through ordering a lady came out with a worse attitude, reaches over him and starts messing with the computer refusing to acknowledge us. They make the sandwiches and we both say “thank you, have a great night” to which both blatantly ignored us, refusing to even look at us. We leave, with time to spare, they turn the lights and sign off 2 minutes to 9, then leave the door unlocked and some lady goes in and they all stand there chatting until sometime after 9:05, which we had eaten in the car because I couldn’t wait any longer to eat something and they were still inside socializing when we left the parking lot. Never been treated so badly or made to feel like we were such a horrible inconvenience for spending money. Won’t go back.

So to be clearly honest, Firehouse has the best fast food subs in town, we don’t have tons of options but they are good.
I usually order the Hero dub (picture), most of the time is great.
The one down side, is, they are not the fastest place in town either, even on an empty store as you see in the pics, it takes 10 to 15 mins to get a sub order out and by then your chips are gone.
Also, this is not location specific, but I do think a med combo should not be $13, but call me old fashioned.
$13 gets me a nice meal in most sit down restaurants.
So, unless you are in a hurry or have a hard time spending $10 minimum for a combo, then yeah.

The food was great and the people were nice. You could tell that 2 of them were new and being trained. I don’t think they had made my sandwich before, so it took a while, but accuracy is more important than speed for me.

Only complaint is that I didn’t get to put my number in the machine for my app points. Still, a good experience.

I’m really disappointed with the experience I just had. My boyfriend picked up subs for dinner and we live 20 minutes away. When we sat down to eat, I took a bite of mine and it was completely charred — not just a little burnt, but totally black and inedible. I called the restaurant right away and spoke to the manager-“Chris”, and the only solution he offered was for us to drive all the way back right now to replace it.

That’s a 40-minute round trip for your kitchen’s mistake. I asked if we could come another day or show a photo, and he said no — the only way to get a replacement was to bring it in immediately. I’m frustrated, still hungry, and honestly shocked by how little they cared. This is not how you treat paying customers.

I went in to the store today, ordered 2 sandwiches to go, got home, opened the boxes and our sandwiches were cold, they hadn’t been steamed, the bread was hard at the ends. I’m normally a huge fan of this store, but today I felt my $23 for 2 med sandwiches was wasted.

Food was ok, but not that good especially for the price they charge. Your better off to hit up the Subway. My big deal is we said NO CHEESE. Had a long conversation about how our daughter can’t eat cheese and low and behold what’s this!?!?!? CHEESE Now we’re stuck with either option A: wasting my gas going back up there to get the right thing or B: cook her something to eat which is the whole reason we picked food up so I wouldn’t have to cook. I highly recommend you check your food before leaving.
