Looking for something to hold me over until flying out the next morning since this is an airport area. I placed my order online to be able to pick it up when I arrived. The place was a little busy so I wasn’t bothered the food wasn’t ready. I then realized the food wasn’t prepared because the employees were playing with the customers food and making jokes about customers. One of my subs was served to another customer first. It was not remade. It was repackaged. I checked my food before I left and sure enough it was made horribly. While I do eat mayo, I did not want a sandwich drenched in the condiment. There were two employees that acted in a professional manner. A young black gentleman in a green shirt who greeted me and ran the register and a young white gentleman making sandwiches. The other two young ladies got multiple orders wrong and constantly acted in an unprofessional manner. I shouldn’t have this much to say for an onling order pickup.

Very slow service. They need to clean the AC vents, this picture is ceiling vents located over the food preparation area. Maybe is the reason all the employees are wearing mask ♂️

No lie, not kidding, this was one of the best subs I’ve had in a long time! The bread was great, the ingredients were fresh. I already can’t wait to go back!

Repeated order like 5 or 6 times. Ordered simple order. Turkey and cheese on Italian bread, not toasted or steamed. My son was getting more aggravated, especially when the cashier started mumbling under his breathe and management did nothing to correct the matter.

Impressed with the quality and flavor. The bread was quality and good texture. The meats and veggies are fresh and have their natural flavor. The seasoning are complementary not overwhelming. And the mark of a true sub it is even better the next day.

The service was just too slow for my taste. I had to wait 26 minutes for my sandwich. When I opened the container, the meat and other ingredients were laid in there with sloppiness. I have seen busy places, and this establishment was not that busy. Half the people in there were just waiting for their orders to be completed. I do try to be patient and understanding. But this place seems to be more inept to function with excellence than most restaurants. Sorry, but I doubt seriously if I will be returning there.

It took over 20 minutes to get 3 subs. I’ve never been to a slower sandwich shop.
