Placed my order at 5:30 got notified my food was out of the oven at 6:32 called around 7:45 for them to tell me I could get my food cold or wait another hr for delivery it’s 8:09 pm and I paid $35 bucks for COLD food

We order our favorite basic pizza with the house cheese and the robust sauce.
Then we add Italian sausage, black olives, diced tomatoes & mushrooms. (Sometimes we’ll add peppers.)
We love the garlic on the edge of the pizzas crust.
Their team knocks it out of the park everytime!

Sitting inside at 6 pm today at dominos in granite falls. Heard the one taking the pizzas out of the oven and checking them tell one of the one making the pizzas that one order was wrong. The customer ordered a half pepperoni and bacon and half bacon. He told he she made it wrong which was good, but then went ahead and put it in the box and said Well they will complain when they get it, like it was no big deal. By the way here are pictures of the two working. Just did not seem right to the customer

What I got was a pepperoni pizza with barely any cheese and extra sauce. My husband and I tried to eat it… Absolutely disgusting and not edible. For an almost $10 pizza, it’s not worth it and I regret going to this dominos.

I picked up two delivery receipts and an empty pack of nicotine gum out of my front yard 3/12/24 after coming home from picking up my daughter from school. The receipts were from Domino’s Pizza of granite falls dated 3/11/24 and the ready times were within minutes apart, this tells me that Domino’s has a slob driver that doesn’t care and liters at will. I don’t appreciate having trash thrown in my yard especially when the person that is doing it is on the clock and is associated with their job! Included are pics of the receipts with the delivery customers addresses marked out to protect their identity.

********WARNING ************WARNING ************** DO NOT EAT AT THIS STORE IN GRANITE FALLS. THE DOUBLE CHARGED ME AND REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I came in and tried to pay with a card. 1st time it didn’t work. 2nd time the manager said it had problems so I paid with cash. I also got charged on my card. I went back and she said dispute the charges. My bank said it would take 7 to 10 days. I guess I’m out 34.13. Last time I purchase from dominos. The purchase was on Saturday. Today is Tuesday. The manager said again not her problem. If the bank gives me my money back good if not oh well. It’s my problem.

GOD HaS BLESSED OUR DOMINOS Under new management The quality was exceptional no complaints god I’m so grateful for this change this manager actually makes pan pizzas correct with no crust, I really could see how much the employees are working better it seems more of a democracy then a dictatorship now thank you dominos corp for listening to the people and doing what was needed. I will come back now more often
