Very positive experience with clean dining area with plenty of room and tables. Greeted while entering the room with no waiting to place order. Food came out in timely manner and was very good. Clean restrooms and very organized staff and dining area. Would definitely recommend you check out this place for subs if you like subs. They have one for every body including vegetarian subs.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I came to this location on 2/25/26 at 5pm the big black man working the register was VERY VERY rude !!!! I wanted to not even eat here because his attitude I changed my order to go he should not work in customer service please who ever is management here take a real good look at this guy because I’m sure he doesn’t meet brand standards this is the worst experience I’ve ever had ……………. He made my girlfriend so uncomfortable he kept talking back telling me I’m all over the place with my order after I said I wanted only mayo and cheese on my hot ham and cheese …. What a joke. I see why we were the only 2 people in this establishment….. DO BETTER every other location I have been to is good but this guy yall got working here ……… not it!

I used to come here all the time for a quick dinner after work. The service was quick and friendly, the place was always clean, and my food was always correct. Unfortunately I think they might’ve had a change in staff. The same people I used to see working there are no longer there and they seem to have been replaced by teenagers who don’t care about service or cleaning. All of them on their phones or goofing off. That I can understand to a degree. What I can’t understand is a full grown adult, and apparently the “assistant manager” being the worst of them all. James could use a refresher course on customer service. Went in to get my usual, waited about 20 minutes despite being the only one there. James took my order barely looking at me or spoke a word. I paid and he walked off. Didn’t even say thank you or hand me my receipt. Had to take it myself off the printer. He proceeds to make my sandwich….i think. Taking his time. When I finally received it, it wasn’t the size I had ordered so I show James the receipt he didn’t want to hand me and showed him the sandwich. He lets out a big sigh and rolls his eyes, takes the sandwich from me and put it in the trash and walked off into the back without a word again. Leaving me confused and wondering if I had just been stiffed. A few minutes later a little girl came out that I hadn’t seen this whole time and told me they were getting it remade for me. I wait another 20 minutes. When I finally get the remake, I notice that none of my modifications had been remembered. This whole time no other customers had walked in. It’s no wonder why. I won’t be back to this location. It’s no longer the same unfortunately. It used to be the better of the firehouses in the area.

Wow I’m blown away by the new manager . He tries so hard to please every customer . He’s a great guy and very knowledgeable. Keep him! He gave me extra dressing, which was what I wanted anyway. He’s really cool and knows this franchise.

Place smelled weird walking in. Like mildew covered up by cheap cleaning products. Not a clean table in sight yet no customers during what should be dinner time. Long wait for one sandwich that ended up being wrong and bad customer service. Specifically from James. That man needs to get his ego and check and learn how to admit when he’s made a mistake. It’s a sandwich place not the four seasons.

The service is always great and it’s always very clean however I don’t know who decided to chop my salad into such tiny pieces and just mix it all up to the point where I had to use a spoon to eat it. I couldn’t even tell if they put everything in it that I ordered. It usually comes all nice and neat in big chunks of meat and chest and veggies. It was good but really hard to eat. Please go back to the old way.

Ordered 2 subs approximately 3 weeks ago on the app. For some reason it double ordered. They knew this had happened when we picked up our order and had only made the 2 subs instead of 4, but we were charged for 4 through the app. We were told they could not give refund in the store so we had to go through the app. That was a nightmare so went back to store. Spoke with a young male manager, who told us he could give us subs on our next visit, which was fine. He wrote our names down in a book and what we had ordered. Went to the store tonight to redeem them, and a young rude manager who was female by the name of Lucy,which I’m sure was not her real name spoke with my husband and he was told that there was no book, and she couldn’t be giving subs away for free. So pretty much called him a liar. So we left and got our subs elsewhere. I called her myself and was denied any information of her managers name so I would know who to come speak to and was hung up on. So this is my attempt to try and get in touch with someone, before disputing the charge with my bank.

Lucy needs to be fired immediately, she has the worst attitude,And doesn’t care about customer service at ALL!! getting rid of her would be very good for this store. I will give another sub place my service. I have never been to any establishment and received TERRIBLE customer service like Lucy gives!!!! The subs are good, but Lucy makes me not want to visit ever again! I know my complaint means nothing, but if she can treat one customer with such attitude, and terrible customer service she must do it to many other customers.
