I am a FR. & i pulled up to the FH sub location at 9:45 and was told I couldnt be services because they close in 15 mins. The young lady was very rude and unprofessional. As someone who supports this establishment and always strive to donate towards FR left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth. I will not be back to this location. If I couldn’t order and the business was close why was the door unlocked?

I recently tried the veggie sub, and it was a delightful experience! The fresh vegetables were crisp and vibrant, offering a satisfying crunch with every bite. The addition of caramelized onions and mushrooms elevated the taste. The bread was perfectly toasted, adding a nice texture. Overall, a delicious and filling option. Highly recommend it.

We paid for chips but we never received any chips, I was never told to pick any out because it said it was in the bag, sandwich was sloppy put together, I requested extra lettuce and tomato and I didn’t get that, asked for mayonnaise on the side I didn’t receive that, brownie was hard and not moist. Unfriendly staff working who obviously didn’t believe in talking to the customers.

Ordered through uber eats. 2 sandwiches and a drink/chip combo. Our receipt clearly says sun chips and we were given baked ruffles and we also ordered 2 cokes and received to diet cokes. As someone who has worked in the food and beverage industry, if we run out of what you order we are to call and let the customer know so that they are aware. The first time this happened we didn’t say anything and let it slide but this is the second time. And then when I call the guy said I guess we are out I’m not sure… do better firehouse !!

The service is terrible here . I walked in and stood there for a while waiting to be served while 3 staff stood around . Finally I ordered and The guy who took my order was braking down boxes and making sandwiches with the same gloves sniffling all in the food and his attitude was horrible all while AirPods are in his ear . He must hate his job . On top of it all they didn’t make the sandwich correct . Will never come here again .

I wasn’t going to write a review but seeing as how it’s been a week and I still haven’t received a refund….i had to wait 45 minutes past my pick up order time. Staff were EXTREMELY slow. Then I FINALLY got my sub and when I got home it was moldy…..such a disappointment. I want my money back $28.12 for two moldy subs that took an hour is not acceptable.

I’ve always enjoyed supporting Firehouse Subs, not only for their great food but also for their charitable contributions. As a frequent customer and donor, I expect a level of service that reflects the company’s values. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was anything but pleasant.
I ordered a Hero Sub, which includes roast beef, but when I received my sandwich, the meat was only placed on one side. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the employee responded dismissively, saying I should have spread the meat myself. Additionally, I requested the removal of cheese due to my lactose intolerance, only to be met with further resistance—she insisted she didn’t need to accommodate the request because it wasn’t in the original order.
This interaction left me frustrated and disappointed, as I essentially wasted money on a meal that did not meet my dietary needs or expectations. Customer service should prioritize respect and professionalism, and this experience made me question whether I will continue supporting this location in the future.
Firehouse Subs is known for its commitment to serving the community, and employees should reflect that same dedication in how they treat loyal customers. I sincerely hope that management addresses this issue so that future visits align with the company’s standards of service and hospitality.
