These sandwiches used to actually be amazing..they had MEAT on them and weren’t just bread with condiments and vegetables..21 dollars for a sandwich with 2 dollars of chicken at best. Do better firehouse as a whole.

GM Stacey had great customer service and was running the restaurant to maintain smooth and quick service for all customers. While there, I had a mixup with my order that I placed online at the wrong location (my error) and Stacey comped my order at her location since the other location didn’t refund. She was very understanding and polite.

Ordered an Italian salad replacing green bell peppers with banana peppers and olives but received a grilled chicken salad with no salami, no tomatoes, very little cheese, few olives, few banana peppers. Had waited 30 minutes for my order to be incorrect. Then went back in to get salami and was not acknowledged and waited another 10 minutes just to get salami but would have had to wait longer to get my money back. Didn’t want to think how long it would have taken to get salad remade.

Came here on New Year’s Day in the middle of the afternoon for a late lunch with my wife. One couple was here waiting on their food when we arrived. Ordered 2 subs and waited over 45 minutes and got one sub and not the other. In fact my wife finished her sandwich before mine even came out. Still wondering how a pepperoni pizza sub can take over an hour to make and an Italian sub less than 45 minutes? And then my sub was not hot and the meatballs were actually cold. Very disappointing in service and quality of food

Impeccable management. Drew was very helpful when my app wasn’t working how I expected it to, and Kayla the cashier had a smile on her face throughout our interaction, which is sadly rare these days. Also Sam and Conner did a GREAT job making this Steak and Cheese sandwich! This Firehouse Subs sets a higher standard than the norm, and it shows. Keep up the good work!
