I have been going here for about 10 years, and they have never made me a bad sandwich! I’m so thankful this establishment listens to what you want, because so many other’s like Subway specifically- just really do not care. I have only had positive experiences at this location, it’s clean, tasty, and grand customer service. Will always be a repeat customer!

First of all, there were 6 people standing around while 1 person ran the register…and was struggling at that. It was a very chaotic experience. I also payed $32 for 2 combos. Holy $h!t. It was also one of the slowest sandwich shops I’ve been to. This place may be for some but not for me. I am glad others enjoy it and have good experiences. I will just be taking my business elsewhere.

I so wanted this to be a good experience for my husband & I for he had never eaten here before. I paid over $25.00 for 2 medium sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted & gluten free for which I paid $2.00 more each sandwich. We don’t live near the business at all but I decided to go anyhow because I really wanted my husband to try it. Not sure that we will ever do this again. So very disappointing.

I love THIS Firehouse subs! I go out of my way to stop at this one. I even pass one on my way home from work and I go to this one because they care about how the sandwiches come out. the one in North Little Rock. The meat is too thick they don’t grill the buns and it’s usually cold. Employees at the North Little Rock location always seem bothered and don’t care. The employees at this one are the best. Thank you.!!! You guys are great. I order so much there. They know me by name.

Firehouse is normally a fantastic place to have lunch but this was a huge exception. Service was extremely poor. Cashier was obviously not wanting to be there, never smiled, barely spoke and never once said thank you. At least 6 workers on a slow day with maybe 4 families and the trash cans were overflowing, lots of empty tables nit wiped down and food all over the floor. The bags holding the subs were covered in grease along with the utensils and containers and even the enormous stack of napkins which were definitely needed. Thankfully the food was still tasty.

This firehouse location has great a staff that helps bring the pleasant experience with some really amazing subs. As most places the prices have definitely raised with the economy. Definitely not interested in paying $30+ for two sandwiche combo’s. If you can get over the super high prices the food has always been great

I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great sub or salad, just know they are on the pricy side. They have the best sandwiches, much better than subway. Especially the Smokehouse BBQ Brisket sandwich, that is the best thing I have ever had.
