Just an order of small mozzarella sticks. Over cooked and no cheese on the inside. I watched the young man drop fresh ones into fryer basket. I heard the timer go off. I watched the order get bagged. Left, pulled out of parking lot. Took a bite. No cheese.

The food was hot and delicious, the service was awesome but the dinning area needs deep cleaning. Hate to think of what the back looks like if they think this is acceptable for the customer to see.

I went to the Milan store and ordered the chicken Royale but requested no pork on the sandwich. I do not eat pork. They assured me it would not have pork on it. Well they lied. I couldn’t eat the sandwich. The staff there are always rude. I have been a few times and they are always very gruff like they are mad at the world or having a bad day. And I had to wait 10 minutes for my food.

Went to drive thru and was cash or card right off the bat, I told them card and ordered. Got to the window after a 10 minute wait and was then told they could only accept cash that their machine was down. Had to drive to McDonald’s order and wait again. So thanks Burger King for wasting 30 minutes of my lunch break.
Update 2-11-22 ordered breakfast and got a smashed croissant. Won’t be returning to this restaurant again.

The boy at the window was very rude.. the food has been cold every time we have gotten Burger King recently.

The same very rude boy in the window.. again food was cold and this time they forgot the sauce for the nuggets… I’m really disappointed in this establishment, because I’m pretty sure the rude boy in the window is a manager…

My husband waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for our food just for it to be cold which was aggravating but I just reheated the food anyways but then as I get half way through with my burger I find a food prep sticker in it..I called to tell them about it and no one even answered the phone. Will not be going back.
