We absolutely love this restaurant! Today we enjoyed the pepperoni meatball sub on garlic bread (yum!) and the hero sub and both were delicious and made perfectly and so fresh! The staff are always so friendly here and they greet you when you enter and when you leave. Such a welcoming restaurant!

This was my little brother’s dinner we had to throw away there was a huge black hair in it and had extra of all the ingredients I wanted to remove. All I have to say is please make sure employees are not letting their hair hang over people’s food and also paying attention. I loved firehouse but this is gross and could have been prevented if people followed the right safety rules and payed attention.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and spent about $45. I usually go to the Belmar location and have never had any issues there. This time all 3 sandwiches were horrible! They were all soggy, the bread wasn’t toasted, and there was hardly any meat. I attempted to reach out online to customer service and it was impossible to get a hold of anyone or get a response. I ended up taking the sandwiches back and the manager was really nice and offered to remake them. The remade ones were better. But after that was all said and done We lost our appetites. My main frustration was that it was impossible to get in touch with customer service and I feel like something should be offered for the inconvenience.

The food here is great….depending on who makes your sandwich I guess. At this specific location – belleview and wads (it’s closest to my house), I have had so many issues with inconsistency regarding the quality of my sandwich. I keep giving them another shot because I truly enjoy their sandwiches (when they’re made with care), but it’s getting to the point now where I’m just like is it even worth it anymore? Tonight, my sandwich was disgustingly stuffed with turkey, ranch and lettuce, the bun was already hardly toasted so adding all that ranch just made it absolutely soggy. I don’t know how you don’t toast it long enough in the first place I mean I would imagine there’s some kind of automatic timer? Then, to top it off, the amount of bacon on my turkey bacon ranch was actually a joke – 1 TINY I dont even know what to call it because it certainly wasnt a piece, on each half. The whole thing was so sloppily thrown together, I got home and realized I had wasted my money on my meal tonight and was gonna need to find something else to eat. Such a waste. And I tipped them! For doing nothing but making my sandwich, which I’d be okay with doing if it was a quality sandwich. The Unfortunate thing is this wasn’t my first bad experience, nor was it my second. One time I got home only to realized I paid $15 for a sandwich that didn’t even have any bacon at all. Also, I was standing in line tonight and the gal in front of me asked the cashier, “please make sure I get my pickles, last time I didnt get my pickles”, and without even acknowledging what she said, he responded with, “whats your name for the order?” I mean the least you could do is acknowledge what she said and give a simple apology. Upon reading the reviews, I think next time I’ll have to go to a different location, which probably won’t be for a while cause I just have a bad taste in my mouth right now. It’s a true bummer because when it’s good, it’s soo good, but it’s just too inconsistent and because of that instead of giving 5 stars, I have to give a 2 overall.

We stopped by Firehouse Subs for lunch and had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the store was. The employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the visit even better. There was plenty of seating available, and we loved how the online order and pickup area was spaced out—it really kept the flow moving efficiently between customers.
The sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and made just right. Plus, the sauce selection was fantastic, allowing us to customize our meal to our liking. But the biggest highlight? Finding out they carry Miss Vickie’s Spicy Dill chips—those are so hard to find, and we were beyond thrilled!
Overall, Firehouse Subs exceeded our expectations, and we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal and top-notch service!

Would love to give a better overall rating as the food is always delicious, but customer service was non existant. I ordered for pick up on my lunch break and ate in the store. Not one of the 3 employees greeted me when I walked in or thanked me on my way out. 1 guy was busy and working, but 2 were just standing there. Not a single word was spoken to me in the 30 minutes I was there. I’ll go to Which Which next time.

Honestly a decent sandwich, just wayyy overpriced. My biggest complaint is how long it takes to prepare a sandwich. If this a lunch stop and you have work to go back to, DO NOT go here. I’ve had 5 course meals prepared faster. It’s a sandwich. Why does it take so long here? Genuine question. Should not take 40 minutes to prepare a turkey sandwich, that is actually insane.

I watched the commercials for that Thanksgiving sandwich, and wanted to try it out, so I went in. Instantly some for yell at me, “DID YOU PUT IN AN ONLINE ORDER?!”, I did not, and tell him so. I try to put my order in to a couple guys behind the counter, who proceed to completely ignore me, talk over me to each other, so I walk to the far end of the counter, where the lady at the register finally acknowledges me, and takes my order. It takes a long time to come out, and tasted like cardboard. Definitely not going back, and definitely would not recommend it to anyone else. It wasn’t very clean, and not a present environment.

Easy to order online, easy to pick up. Subs were great, next time won’t order extras like oil and vinegar or balsamic..makes the bread soggy. Otherwise will order again in the future.
