Got here around 11am on Sunday, 11/23. Ordered ahead on the App to take advantage of an Offer and told it would take 10 min. It took exactly that and the service was wonderful (kind and quick). Setting was clean and well stocked (cups, napkins, lemons). The subs were made with carefulness even though it was busy. Pictures would have been better if I wasn’t in such a hurry to eat!

Absolutely worst experience at a firehouse. I ordered ahead but my food was still 20 minutes late, not made as as ordered, snd tasted terrible. Plus when I asked about purchasing a bottle of the sauce the woman behind the counter stared at me blankly and said, “I don’t know I just work here.” Both lunch money and lunch hour wasted.

The subs are good. We just went for lunch and 3 sub combo cost $50 there was a worker there that was super friendly to my kids. The other lady we took our order from seemed very frustrated & annoyed from the start. So it was a little uncomfortable and the vibe was way off. I’m not sure we will be going again. But I do enjoy the subs!

Best veggie sub anywhere! Includes sautéed mushrooms, peppers, onions, and plenty of melty cheese! Staff has always been super friendly and helpful! And a large sub is big enough to split between two people.

This is what a “large” beef n cheddar brisket sub gets you. several months ago had ordered one and was fine with what I got but this is the saddest sub I’ve ever seen. Even tipped 10% too for just the 1 sub for a 16$ total.

On their website yesterday they claimed to be open, so we placed our order and expected to pick it up, but we were met with a locked door and handwritten sign saying they closed at 4pm. We were charged for this order and assumed that today we could get this rectified. We were able to get our sandwiches, but upon opening the boxes both sandwiches were poorly made with yellowed lettuce and missing some condiments that were requested. No pickles came with the order either. Definitely wasted $10 on an undeserving tip today. Beware, the staff at this location isn’t very motivated at all.

Firehouse subs on 20th in Vero Beach West Corridor… THANK YOU for ruining my 37$ order of sandwich’s by taking a giant cold soaking wet dill pickle and laying it right across the top of my hot subs!! I absolutely hate pickles and you did me the courtesy of making both of my hot meatball and pastrami subs taste like nothing but pickles.. who eats pickles on a meatball sub? And if i did want pickles i wouldve asked for them! The only reason im not driving back is because i live 35 minutes away and its boiling hot outside.. So two subs soaked in dill pickle juice went in the trash because we dont eat pickles so we definitely are not eating a soaking wet sub that taste like pickle. So yea, bad review. Maybe ask people if they would like a cold soaking wet pickle layed across their hot sub! If you want to give me two hot subs the next time i come in id really appreciate it.. i dont like leaving negative reviews unless it really needs to be addressed and 37$ for something that went in the trash needs to be addressed.. Arrived 4 minutes after a DoorDash order came through. When I approached the counter I noticed the store was very busy with a baseball team and could tell they were a bit flustered.
The store associates refused to acknowledge me and once I told them I was here for door dash, they immediately said “we can’t help you, we don’t have door dash order” the store completely brushed me off as if I was pissing them off for being there.
They never even checked the actual computer and refused to check the computer for my door dash order and now I have spent over 15 minutes dealing with this situation to not get paid at all.
You guys are the worst and need to do better with customer service

First off on behalf of the Community Heroes (a home-school co-op from Keep Indian River Beautiful), I want to say THANK YOU!!! Your delicious food powered our group of over 30 people to do a community clean-up followed by a splash in the pool. When we finished there we took our yummy subs and went on a tour of the Fire station in Sebastian. We were able to share the rest of the wonderful food with our local Fire Station 8 house. Thank you for giving these kids a great lunch and great memories. We look forward to working with you again Tammy Sowers! You in kind donation was fantastic!
