The workers are like my family they are amazing! The Manager Skye or at least I think she is the manager and if not she should be promoted is the nicest person I have ever met! I have 3 Autistic sons my life is hard but not when it’s an out to eat night at this particular Arby’s! It’s like a home away from home or even better because I don’t have to cook! I think Skye needs a raise and some praise to be honest! I don’t just say this because of how she treats us … She is always cleaning and does a fabulous job running the place! When we go and she is off it’s very different but they all still try! Point being Skye thank you for being such a wonderful person and it makes me never want to spend a night out to eat any where else love the Autism Mom

Just stopped to get a snack while on our way to our destination. Everything was good, just a busy area (to be expected) because of being close to the highway. Service wasn’t too bad, decent times, our snack was good and fresh and good time. I just feel Arby’s in, general, could come down on their prices.

12/1/2023 – Brought my son in for a meal. He started eating his burger, and there was a Wadded up sticker inside. I took it to the assistant manager, And all he said was it will not hurt him. Not a refund, not I’m sorry, my bad, anything. Extremely unprofessional. I started eating my burger and it was half raw. I am including a picture.

I went inside the lobby at 9:29 pm. I apologized profusely for coming in so close to closing time. The night manager Patricia went out of her way to let me know that I wasn’t an inconvenience or bother to her our her other team members.My sandwich was hot and fresh as well. She offered me everything thing I might need as far as condiments extra napkins. And ALL with a genuine small and so friendly! When I got ready to leave,she wished me a Merry Christmas & happy holidays! She’s a true GEM !! And definitely the smiling happy face I hope to see her next time I go in. Great job Patricia!!

While the service and location were just fine, the food was another story. The double beef and cheddar was on special, including the meal deal, so I ordered it to go to eat in the car while I drove. Normally I enjoy Arby’s as it’s one of the better fast food options. Not today. There was more cheese and oily mess on the outside of the bun than inside. I had to sit in the parking lot to try to eat it. The contents kept falling out of the bun. My hands were a total mess. I’ve never had a sandwich so gross. I don’t know if this was a one off problem or if this sandwich is always so gross.

I placed an online order for 2 Buffalo sliders, and a drink at 208pm. I arrived to pick up my meal at 218pm, no one else was in drive thru. The girl at the window said my order wasn’t ready because the entire crew got distracted by candle salesman who had awesome smelling candles, and acted like I should understand their distraction. I received my order at 224pm. My boss didn’t understand my late return to work.
The next morning, I wrote Arby’s customer care for a full refund on the order, complete with details and the order number. I received a confirmation email stating my money will be refunded in 3-5 business days. I thank customer care for their response.

The food is pretty decent if you don’t mind trying to make yourself heard over the speaker box or the longer wait times. Even if you order 5 to 10 minutes ahead on the app, you will wait. Even if you’re the only car. Plus, Arby’s is definitely not the most economic place to eat. Try to use the app and build up rewards, you may get something decent. $1 off a fry or something.
In terms of rewards, McDonald’s offers the best rewards and in deals.
