For this sub shop I highly recommend coming in person so that you get a fresh sandwich that doesn’t steam itself in transit. The sub was so fresh and so hot, when I took a bite, steam came out. The service was fast and friendly. Shari and Callie made one of the best subs I’ve ever had, and I love subs. I probably have 3 or 4 subs every week, a sandwich of some kind every day. This sub was definitively in the top 5 in my whole life. Everything I asked for they did perfectly, it was a hot gooey mess and I wish I took a picture to prove it but it was so good I couldn’t stop myself and ate the whole thing! I’ve been at firehouse before and I’ve always enjoyed my meal here but this sub was next level awesome. I had to go wash my hands afterwards because it was spilling with flavor and heat. Bravo, it made my day, thank you.

I cannot complain about the food or service at this store so I won’t penalize them with a 1 star review but have problems with the corporate office. I qualified for the November Challenge. Corporate says that was not in the system and were going to elevate to “Leadership” but now I cannot get any emails returned to me. They also said my birthday wasn’t in the system but I had to show them based on my App that it was. Too much time on my end to get what is deserved. Used to eat here every week but no more based on principle. Don’t trust there rewards program of any promotions they run. However no complaints with the store.

Ordered food for delivery at 8 O’Clock.. nothing ever came .. no one bothered to even call us.. they were sure able to charge my card for food they never delivered. Started calling 10 minutes before they were supposed to close and no one ever answered.. called non stop till 930 and still no food and no answer from the store.. I. Glad I spent my hard earned money on no dinner and a bunch of aggravation… This store has severally gone downhill… Even while writing this review my Spo says will be delivered in 44 minutes.. it’s said that since I ordered it.. what s joke of a company.. can’t even deliver 1 mole down the street.. this will be my last time getting anything from this place.. probably need to get a new manager at the very least!!

I’ve always enjoyed the food here but I do think they need to look in to hiring different people. My father came in to order takeout and it was very busy. Some of the employees seemed very unaware of what they were doing. I asked for mayo on my sandwich and I got tomatoes instead. I’m not the kind of person to make a big deal over tomatoes but i’d definitely say it was the service overall.

I don’t think the people at Firehouse Subs know how to tell time. I ordered days in advance through Uber Eats for a delivery time of 11:45, and Firehouse Subs put the order in for 12:40. How does that even make sense? How do you miss the mark by an entire hour?
They need to take complete responsibly for making the mistake. My office was looking forward to your food (which I think is rather average) and they were greatly disappointed it arrived an entire hour late. Do better.

Great food, the Thanksgiving sub with gravy was fantastic. It did however take forever to get 1 sub! Wasn’t busy when I went there either.

I got an email offer for two medium subs for 15 bucks and I couldn’t get the offer to actually populate in the app so I went into the store and explain and tried to see if they would give me some kind of discount instead since I driven all the way there they were completely unwilling and unable to help me and totally rude and laughed in my face and didn’t even want to make me a sandwich you could tell what a joke I went across the street and paid double at Jersey Mike’s I would suggest don’t even go here
