Ginormous burritos! You get a lot for the cost. We got sausage with red chile and bacon with green chile. The truck is super cute and has a few places to sit outside. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!

The Bomb burger and Bomb burrito are def the bomb. I love the chicken so much here. It is flavorful and cooked perfectly. If you see the open sign, stop in. Don’t skip this food truck.

We ordered a platillo with 3 tacos – carnitas, el pastor, and language. These are the best tacos in northern NM. Authentic flavors that thankfully they haven’t been influenced by tex mex crap. The rice, beans, and salsas are delicious!

I grew up in south west Kansas so if you know anything about that part of Kansas the culture the Mexican food is top tier here the food is good but do not trust the staff to give you what you paid for haha $40 for two people plus a tip and no rice and beans for one meal, buyers plz check ur meals before leaving like can u not cash app me back orrrr?

Can’t beat the view from the picnic tables! We had Lengua tacos and tamales and they were so fresh and delicious. I especially loved the tomatillo salsa and beans. Very affordable for the quality and portions. There were a lot of laborers in and out for lunch. I feel like that’s always a pretty good endorsement.
