One shot hooligan
Food was all wrong two items on one sandwich were missing no bacon or cheese on my club sub. we went in at 8:30 at night instead of making food the employees were cleaning took 15 mins and order wasn’t correct. Closed by the time we got home. I consider firehouse to be one of the better sandwich shops this was a big disappointment.

Stopped into Firehouse Subs in Loveland, Colorado, and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The restaurant was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment right away. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. A special shoutout to Quentin, who went above and beyond to ensure my first visit was memorable—his customer service was top-notch.
The sandwich was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. Plus, the cute fire hats for the kids added a thoughtful, family-friendly touch.

Great food. Donated money to the fireman fund. Service is attentive. Set the dining room and bathrooms were a little dirty. Soda machine had soda sticky everywhere. And they seem to be pretty worried about the online orders more than the people sitting there. I think all in all it was a busy afternoon and everybody was doing their best.

Staff your store! Waited over 45 minutes for two sandwiches. The waits for everyone were so long that we watched several people walk out without ordering. We would’ve done the same if we hadn’t ordered ahead online. They did say they forgot our order and were apologetic, even offering free cookies for the wait. Staff seemed like great folks, but they were drowning! This was our second visit and we will not be back.

They didn’t even start my pickup order until I arrived. The ticket was already out. There are only 3 customers in here including me and the other 2 are eating. It’s silent.
This is pretty insane to me. I’ve been waiting 10 minutes for 3 sandwiches. The 2 boys are goofing off and cussing loudly.

Ordered 2 sandwiches. Both were incorrect. Never ordered onions nor did I want them. Half of one of the sandwich had no meat all bread. Called store was told a manager would look into it and call me back. Never happened. This is the second time this has happened. So, I guess it will be our last visit to Firehouse! So sad! Prices go up and quality goes down!

This place gets very crowded on the weekends, and as a customer, we have to wait a long time for our orders. Please increase the number of staff on weekends. Also, your employees seem extremely dissatisfied and unfriendly.

I have to say when you can taste everything on a sandwich it is great. The best sub shop in town.
I would suggest not having employees telling new hires out loud to “not go above and beyond” because “its not expected” is not something that should ever be said.
