Subs taste great, lots of options, tend to have deals in the app a lot. Relatively quiet inside which i found nice

Service was quick. Took less than 10 minutes to get my sub after I ordered and the staff was friendly. I ordered the medium engineer sub. It was pretty good. Smoked turkey breast, melted Swiss, and sautéed mushrooms, served Fully Involved which is complete with mayo, deli mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a kosher dill pickle on the side. I wish they would put more veggies on the sub but overall I was satisfied. I would return in the future.

I like firehouse subs, I just wished I didn’t have to go to this one. I order the same sub often but why does it taste different at times?
Also, I thought the subs are toasted? Mine are never toasted.
The staff couldn’t care less. I walked in one day and music was blasting while they were jamming out, I’m like uh… Can it get some help. I get it, it’s a low paying job, but you are working there, so please do you’re job Not very efficient.
This location is also dirty. I’m going to have to stop going. I feel like the health inspector is paid off because it’s always grimey. Tables sticky, bathrooms are wrecked.
Ok, with this review I’m def not going back. Other places for a mid level sub.

What a sub should be!
Fresh bread and fresh ingredients! Haven’t been to firehouse in years, that said I am happy to report the quality is still great as I remember. I got the Turkey Bacon Ranch Sub. It was a great price for the portion and made very quickly as well. I will be back. Do wish they had the hot sauce bar back as it was a nice touch.

Absolutely overwhelmed with orders. I guess that’s a good thing until it takes you 20 minutes to get your food. The staff was working hard, but there was a line outside, a line inside, and online orders coming in. A few people who came in just after me were still waiting on their orders When I had finished and was leaving.

UPDATED: GET COOL RANCH DORITOS! I love the sandwiches here and the people are awesome. But every Firehouse Subs I have ever been to has Cool Ranch Doritos, get them and get 5 stars!
