It’s dirty And the food was not good at all, and I would say no one from corporate cares, or they will be reading these reviews and fixing the issues Ordered some sandwiches for the guys and what we got with a bag full of disappointment!
One had next to no meat I guess that’s their way you’re trying to save money. The other one had meatballs that were burnt that could not even been eaten.
I would Say stay away from this location, but after seeing other reviews from other firehouse subs

Ms Amy and the (2) young staff members working today were really awesome to speak with while I ordered and waited on my food. VERY VERY VERY knowledgeable and professional about the new items that have been added to the menu this year. Thankful for the fresh food and warm greeting always received here!

Great experience at this location lashunda was helpful with this being my first time eating at this establishment. She informed me on all the items their prices, also gave me a few tips on how to mix, match different subs. The whole experience was a great and the food was amazing. Ordered through the app, couldn’t get the order due to family emergency. Store manager Dr. Greg refused to do anything about it and then told me i needed proof that i didnt get the order (that doesnt make sense). He then told me that they were not going to give me my money back or remake my order because I didnt call the store during my sons emergency to let them know I couldnt get the order (because food is more important than MY child of course). I reached out to the nonexistent corporate office whom said Id have an answer for resolutions this week and nobody has reached out! Horrible company and horrible owner for employing people who have NO COMMON SENSE!!! Disgusting behavior and when we tried to call back about getting a refund they refused to answer and on the final call they answered and immediately disconnected the line. Went to the location to try to get my refund and they called the police to try and say we were wrong! Never will I ever patronize this location and Id NEVER tell anyone order from them unless you absolutely have to. Rude and disgusting over a $20 order thats not coming out of his check. Still dont have my money back either.

I ate about 70% of my large sandwich before I noticed that the bread had mold on it. I returned the sandwich and they gave me a refund. Refunds are nice but now I’m sitting nauseous at home potentially poisoned. I will not have firehouse subs again. Be careful and apparently check your bread.

I’ve seen lazy working my day. I’ve seen inconsistencies, bad attitude, and filth. But flat out ignorance and stupidity is unacceptable. I ordered two large Hook and Ladder Subs and on both of them I received unriped green tomatoes pictured below. The pictures alone are proof enough but the ignorance to put green tomatoes on a sandwich I haven’t even seen that done overseas as a delicacy. To be so lazy as to cut up a green tomato to put on a deli sandwich is repugnant and honestly spiteful if it isn’t stupid. And you can tell that the tomatoes are unripe because you can see The Red Tent in them. This was Despicable to even serve to people. I encourage you to never visit this location and actually it should be closed down if they can’t do any better than that. Worst part about it is is they’re not even actual Green Tomatoes where you can use for fried green tomatoes these are literally unriped red tomatoes. I’ve never in my life seen anything so trifling and lazy. Do not go to this location ever.

Wonderful time here at this location. Staff were nice, friendly , inviting and very helpful. Food was superior best firehouse steak and cheese sub I ever had. Would be returning soon ! Thank you to the staff and the community at Firehouse !!

Attitude for days and I’m upset that there was nothing extra on my sub that I asked for . I wish I could get a refund spent almost 30 bucks for a half butt order . Do better people pay there hard earned money for food and a service I expect it to be correct. Hire people that want to work and that likes their job. Went back today same management younger white lady she still has not improved her service or team and they where still out of the Gator hot sauce!!! Smh
