Where’s the button for zero stars? $20 for absolute slop??? first bite sandwich fell apart and it really added to the flavor when the pickle juice soaks into the bread when you ask for NO PICKLE (the rude girl behind the counter made sure to put it on the order) but to no surprise a pickle came with the sandwich and when I asked for the cup I paid for the rude girl so kindly to me to get it myself….and to have the nerve to ask for tips…tips at a fast food restaurant this place is such a joke now

I would give 10/10 stars if I could – they catered a work lunch for us that required gluten free options. I actually called the store to verify an order because the GF bread was different than online pics. Andrew, the Manager, went out of his way to get another GF bread for us to complete our order instead of just saying “sorry we can’t do GF buns today after all.” Can’t thank them enough for ensuring I could eat today and will be back often now!

We typically eat here around 4 times a month. The quality of our subs are always good. Yesterday, when we got our subs, they were literally thrown together. They were sloppy and very hard to eat. My husband, who rarely complains, was aggravated after using napkins with every bite. I spoke with the “manager” who told me that next time be sure to let her know and they will remake for us. How about doing them RIGHT the FIRST time! We will take a break from this location because of our bad experience. Hopefully, the next time we go, we have a good experience as we have before. If they are thrown together and very difficult to eat needing a fork, we will NOT go back!! There are plenty of other places who will be happy to take our money.
UPDATE: We tried FS again on Saturday, December 21 at around 12:45 PM. I have uploaded one picture of the Hero sub so you can see for yourself. It was pitifully slapped together. Also, the restaurant was nasty. Tables were dirty. Floor was dirty. Drink area was dirty. I think we are going to stop eating here. The Taylors location has NEVER looked or been like this! Completely unacceptable!

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a sandwich and then watched as the guy working went back, did NOT wash his hands. Just put gloves on. Made the sandwich and wiped his nose on his gloved hand. I threw the sandwich in the trash. Thought about asking for my money back, and I should have. Didn’t want to make a scene, but that is simple unacceptable and so nasty. Won’t be going back.

Super friendly staff. The food was as fast as expected being it was the dinner rush. They did a great job on waiting on people. The only complaint and it might just be because it’s the first week. But without sitting at a table taking up seats for people who want to sit and eat there. There is no where to stand while waiting on Togo orders. Even heard the manager cutting up with customers. Surprisingly cheaper than some of the other food places close by.

Finally tried our Travelers Rest Firehouse Subs out and so glad we did. We had the original brisket and the Carolina Gold brisket! Yum, yum, yummy!!! Smelled good, looked good, and tasted so fresh and was absolutely wonderful. We will be back for more. Service was great!

I attempted for over 40 minutes to call to speak to a manager. After I couldn’t reach a manager I tried to ask for staff member. I was transferred to a line that said, I’m sorry voicemail has not been set up. Ordered delivery at 7:14. One sandwich of the two were was incorrect and it also had ants on it. All I wanted was a refund. So if you want to make it right, look back at 7:15 the order was Andrew.

Didn’t put my bacon on my sandwich didn’t notice until I took a bite of my sandwich, it wasn’t on the second sandwich and didn’t give the pickle for the second sandwich… the food overall was good though…
