Garbage. Delicious subs? More like the worst brisket ive ever had. Potato soup is awful. Soda machine ice maker is broken and the entire machine is dirty with old dried up soda all over it. Employee was polite and that was the only good part of the interaction. Owner obviously doesnt care about the product.

The self service drinks provided a delicious sweet tea and I love making it a meal with chips and a crisp pickle

SERVICE> The young gentleman who took our order was helpful even though he was overwhelmed as he was training a new employee and stated that both the managers were in the back. My patience paid off as after a considerable wait, in true Firehouse fashion the sandwich came out perfectly!
LOCATION> This is over on the main thoroughfare of Taylors on Wade Hampton Blvd. It is easy to get to from my downtown office via Church Street/Stone Avenue or from Greenville you can take 385’s Pleasantburg North exit or East North Street.
ATMOSPHERE> This is a well decorated restaurant with all the classic Firehouse Sub decor to spotlight heroes.
VALUE> The sandwich, chips, pickle, and drink is a great value.
You always know that you are going to get a satisfying meal and give back to a good cause at Firehouse! It keeps me coming back to their shops.

Very nice people a nice girl greeted me st the door and a nice young boy when I ordered they got to it right away. Also they got it correct and wadnt messy. most places I go to my good is messy but this place is clean. I will definitely come back!!

This Firehouse is great, the manager and staff are always friendly, and it seems to be pretty clean any time we go in. They’re fast about service and moderately friendly. That’s probably the only downfall is that they’re not as friendly as could be. I think what would help is if they would dedicate one employee to bring the sandwiches to the table. That would help with customer experience.

I’ve ordered online several times and it I always late with my order wrong. Nothing quite waiting 30 min to get an order you place 50 min ago only for it to be cold, missing “warm au-jus” and being incomplete.

I’m giving this place 5 stars even though two times I went there and my food wasn’t made exactly how I wanted it and also the same two times I went it seemed to take quite a long time to get my food. Now with that being said the reason why I’m giving it five stars it’s because their subs are excellent I especially like the Italian. The staff seem to be very friendly especially the manager I wish I knew his name so I could put it in here. On several occasions he took time out of his busy work to have short conversations with me which made me feel like he appreciated to his customers. I have read other reviews that are negative about this particular store and I would wholeheartedly disagree with them because their subs are excellent and for the most part made correctly and in a timely fashion I would recommend going here.
