Placed an online order, got to the store an hour and 15 minutes before closing. Was told they were out of turkey, mayo, and all cheese. They were clearly just trying to close early and didn’t want to get stuff back out. Store already had chairs up and everything. This place used to be great, not sure if there was a new managerial change or something recently but definitely going downhill and fast! Took my business to Jimmy John’s and will continue to in the future.

Walked in @ 8 pm, had my heart set on a meatball sub for takeout. Gal behind the counter said they were out. Talked for a minute and she checked and said they could make one and would be about 10 min. She made it happen! Excellent customer service, food “could have been mediocre” and I’d have been good. Food was good and ready in ten minutes just like she said. Customer service is king! I’ll be back.

The customer service was fine but, that’s about it. We came in and spent $95 on food. The kids grilled cheese came out with unmelted cheese but the bread was almost burnt. Their soda machine was out of almost everything, they didn’t have brisket or the firehouse sauce and they also didn’t have the kids fire hat. None of that was a big deal but a lot to be out of at one time. For the price it definitely wasn’t worth it.

Went to firehouse today and met a wonderful young man by the name of Tae,he was so welcomeing and cheerful,our day was going bad and he definitely made me and my wife feel better.i had bad experiences in the pass but now I’m only coming when he works he definitely deserve a raise.

I order from here every once in a while. My last 2 visits have been bad. I always make my order online and the issues seem to get worst. I order two large sandwiches and medium combos today. I gave a 5 minute grace time before going to get my food. I came in, went to the order rack location to see nothing there. Both people behind the counter saw me and didn’t say a thing. I waited there for a couple of minutes thinking they might still be working on it. Nothing happens and two other people came behind me. I walk over to the hot sauce sections and still am not greeted or anything. A third customer makes an order, so I advise the male behind the counter that I’m picking up an online order. He gives me my sandwiches. I advised him that I only have two sandwiches, he advises that they don’t have large boxes. Two large sandwiches placed in four boxes. If they have a pickup rack, why are orders not on the rack? I ask for two medium cups(I have to ask for my cups every time I go here). He gives me two small cups(I paid for a medium). I asked if the brownies are in the bag(They have gotten this right once before, and three visits prior I had to come back to get brownies). They were not in the bag. 1 brownie was old. Had to throw it away. I go to the tea counter and they were both empty with no tops. I go to 100 drink machine for most of the options were not available. No containers, no service, and no drinks available. $41.25 for a terrible experience. I will not be back to this location ever again. It’s a complete disaster.

I ordered on line for convenience since I was on my lunch hour from work. I waited for 10 mins in the line for online pick ups and no one acknowledged me even standing there. Then one of the employees acted like I was in the wrong place to pick up and asked what I needed. I went to my car with my order. I had purchased a hook & ladder salad no cucumber and Baked lays chips. The amount of lettuce given was not even half way in the container and the salad had no cheese on it, and given the wrong chips. Nothing was listed on my receipt that they didn’t have the cheese or even a substitute. I went back in complaining on the error and the employee said we don’t have that. I asked for some type of cheese since I had paid for it and I asked for the correct chips. This was a very disappointing experience for me and I will not be returning. This is not my first bad experience at this location. The manager/supervisor offered to cut up cheese and put on the salad, I accepted. I feel that something should have been told to me when I picked up my salad instead of letting me leave with my order not being complete. Firehouse Subs you need to do better!!!

Our autistic son wanted a sub for dinner and was finally confident enough to walk in alone and ask like a big boy. He did a great job but when he got back to the car we realized they forgot our French dip, so he went back in and asked for that. They just handed him the extremely hot dip in a paper type bowel without a bag. I looked up saw him rushing, he opened the door and said ouch it hot mom … I was so upset because I then grabbed it and yes it was extremely hot. How and why was it not put in a bag in the first place??? They know how hot that is, so to just not care and hand over the counter to an autistic kid is just so wrong and lazy. Plus our sandwich had too much mayo on one, cold, and the small only had like 1 little tiny meet and also cold. So annoying when you spend almost $25-30 on 1 large and 1 small sub and get crappy food and service!! Do better FireHouse!!

I don’t know if I got the last meat of the day with the New York steamer but this was completely inedible. My entire house smells like a pig exploded.
EDIT: I must hate myself because I keep trying to eat here. I got two sandwiches and they were completely wrong… called and the explanation was “they mixed up the bread”. So how then do neither of the sandwiches have olives or italian dressing? what a disaster!

Looking to pick up 5 subs for a small party tonight. Awful experience. Place is empty, 4:30pm, Two people behind the counter, no greeting.. walked up to order counter. No response, I was totally ignored. After 5 minutes ( I time this sort of thing ), STILL no response. I leaned over the counter, hoping to see anyone else. NOW they can respond. Asked what I was doing. Said I wanted to make an order, if they could figure it out. One said ” I don’t like your attitude, I’m not taking your order”. Order taking is optional now ? I’ll never go back. Jersey Mikes is right down the road. Jimmy Johns is a 3 minute drive. Will remember this next time I host a party.
