I ordered the grilled chicken sub and the chicken tasted spoiled, like rancid fish. I called and spoke to someone who worked there to let them know not to serve that to anyone else. The person who answered had a nonchalant attitude like she didn’t really care. People could get sick! Be warned. I’m never going back there again!

. Had spent the day at the Gwinnett Fairgrounds and on my way home Had to stop at Firehouse Subs for some real food. A fine place to enjoy a good sandwich. Fast, friendly and very good food.

I really like the foot long steak and cheese sub, It is moist, fresh and hot right off the grill. Just can’t be beat..

Stopped by here because I havent had a chance to eat today. Poor employee working told us he can’t take in person orders because there is no manager or other staff on site so he has no access to a register. Can only order online…seems there should be a backup always in place when a manager has an emergency and someone should have access to a register. Now I’m aggravated because I didn’t want to order online. I’ve watched multiple people walk out while waiting for my food…
At least the food was worth the wait. This kid deserves a raise for holding down the fort all by himself today!

If I could give negative stars, I truly would. This is the third time my husband has stopped by after work to pick up food, only to be turned away well before the posted closing time. Both your door and your website state that you are open until 9 PM, yet your staff refused service while clearly inside and operating.

If your hours have changed, they need to be updated everywhere customers rely on. If this was an emergency closure, a sign should have been posted. But having employees present and still telling customers “no” is unacceptable.

What made this even worse is that when my husband expressed understandable frustration—after multiple wasted trips—your employee told him to “take his business elsewhere.” That is a shocking level of customer service, and unfortunately, we plan to do exactly that.

update very nice people however there’s a light skin short girl there with curly hair she was working this evening when I stopped by today 6/2 she touched her hair rubbed her face and did all kind of things then she touched the gloves without washing her hands that’s so gross , so when I saw her today I walked away.
(IF U WANT YOUR FOOD DONE RIGHT THERES AN AFRICAN MALE MANAGER WHOS GREAT & Lbgtq young lady whom make my food perfect everytime oh and they use soap before touching the gloves and i truly appreciate it)

Every single time I come to this location it is under staffed and extreme long waits for subs to be made. The management really need help staffing the store and unfortunately I had a online order submitted and I walked up to the worker and he said we’re working on the order and turned around and didn’t even ask my name or nothing, just flat out rude and dehumanizing. I recommend 3 workers on the line at least. One or two on the line is not enough.

SCAMMER ALERT…THE OWER IS A SCAMMMER.Its been almost 24hr since I ordered food for delivery. I ordered food at 8:25pm yesterday and it was never delivered. I contacted the helpdesk multiple times and still no refund. As it stands right now its still saying its still being delivered.. WHAT A JOKE. I just got off the phone with the owner who say I cant get a refund unless I come in. Im a retired veteran who can barely walk that’s why I paid and tiped for my food to be delivered..DONT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. I BELIEVE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THERE MONEY…. im calling the State, Better Business Bureau, and inspectors in the morning. I had all the calls recorded from the morning and this evening
