I went to location today around 2pm. I ordered my food and got my cups . The soda machine was dirty and I notice the worker filling up the ice with no gloves . The workers were working , though I noticed one employee wearing daisy duke shorts!!! Not professional at all in a kid friendly atmosphere! I believe that high shorts are against company policy. Just saying to short !!
As I was sitting in my seat waiting for my food I noticed a sign and it says kids eat free on Sundays. The cashier never mentioned this and of course I paid full price . Our food came to the table and I’ve never came to this location or the one In Kissimmee and got my food looking sloppy, the meat wasn’t even on the sandwich as normally and every was falling off .

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our Mother–Daughter days at Firehouse because it felt like a special little tradition just for us. The food was always hot, fresh, and delicious, which made the experience even better. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service—we were always greeted with kindness and made to feel welcome. It’s a place that consistently gives us great food and great memories together.

The food here is always awesome. The store is always clean because they’re always cleaning whenever they have a moment.
Another reviewer mentioned that they are not wearing masks while they’re working and it’s true. Seems a little odd they would be especially with the Covid cases going up like crazy again. I got on this visit A large turkey sub and split it with my daughter. And still we both couldn’t finish it.

Excellent tasting subs. Good prices, especially with the app. Good and friendly service as well. Personally feel like they have the best tasting subs around.

So today I took advantage of the buy one get one free I ordered the medium engineer sub which is turkey Swiss mushroom lettuce tomato and onions absolutely superb and along with that I got the meatball pepperoni spicy sub absolutely delish I recommend it if you like spicy this is the route to go, and again everything was made perfect.

Saw a manager there today 12/10/2025 take equipment out of a dirty sink and use it to serve food with and walked out after. Health inspectors need to be involved because along with this the floors and tables were filthy. The employees didn’t even greet anyone who came in and all were miserable or on their phones. Board of health needs to shut this location down.

They are too slow. I ordered online and a couple of customers that ordered after I arrived at the location got their food before me. It’s 3:02 also they didn’t even call my name when the order was done and the store smelled like burned bread.

The subs are always good, I would not recommend getting double meat as some of the ham slices had some fat in it and it’s not worth it!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I will definitely eat here again!!
