Stopped by Firehouse Subs for a late lunch and the food and service was great. I had the New York Steamer and my date had the Hook and Ladder. Both sub sandwiches were made with care and served fresh and warm. Will definitely return.

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and ordered the Italian sub. Here’s my take:
– Food Quality: The Italian sub was fresh and quite delicious. The unique dressing really stands out, providing a flavor that you don’t get just anywhere. 4/5
– Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean, which is always a plus when dining out. No complaints here!
– Wait Time: One of the perks of this location is the reasonable wait time. I didn’t have to stand in line for long, which makes for a quick and pleasant experience.
– Staff: The staff members were friendly and efficient, contributing to a nice atmosphere.
– Overall: While it’s not the best sub I’ve ever had, it’s certainly one of the better options when you’re looking at chain restaurants. A solid choice for a tasty, reliable sub. Would recommend!

Does this location even have a functioning phone system? In the last two years I have attempted to call this location on numerous occasions (to fix and order, to make a to go order, to ask about deals, etc) and not ONCE have they ever answered the phone. You can sit and call them 10 times in a row and they still won’t answer. All of this during non busy hours mind you… it’s ridiculous. I called the Central Park location just to test if the companies phones work, theirs did. What’s yalls excuse?

First time at this location and only my 2nd visit in 20 years. We were not impressed at all. It’s expensive for what you get. The food is average at best. We had a small meatball sub and a steak and cheese. The meatball sub was about 3 inches long and had 3 meatballs in it. The meatballs were tasty but for almost $6 with tax it was small. The medium steak was shaved meat and consisted of mostly bread. There were very few peppers and onions on it as well. Luckily it was free because of the name of the day. This would of been a $9 sub. See photos of the food we got. Also the sandwiches took about 20 minutes to get. The restaurant was not crowded at all.

Turkey ranch sub was great. The “shredded lettuce” had foot long pieces and it took them a while to make a simple sub. Otherwise, the food was great.

Ordered take out, a footlong smoked turkey on wheat. Fast service, even with a line. My sub was great. The restaurant had great atmosphere, two big tv screens, ample seating inside, and parking outside.

Horrible sandwich. Not Va Honey Ham. Bread not heated, cold when supposed to be hot. Cashier was ringing up a customer’s order with one hand while weighing my sandwich meat and cheese with the other hand. While restaurant was clean, this was very unsanitary.
