Tonight I ordered six subs from here delivery from Uber. I only received three subs so I called them and I asked them if they made the other three subs if they had them so I could know if they didn’t make it or if they forgot it or if the driver took my stuff and ate it And they said they had it, but it was in another bag. They forgot to put it in one bag so I’m in my pajamas mine I’m sick. I don’t feel good. It’s cold outside. I just fit $88 for all of that food and the delivery fees and the tip And when I called up there, you can hardly hear anything because there’s so many workers talking so loud and laughing playing around like it’s junior high, so they said they had it and got it in my pajamas walk in. I just cannot believe how many workers you have working in there. I cannot believe it. It’s like as many as Texas Roadhouse house you have that many workers and they wanna mess up my order like that I’m sorry but you you’re you’re employing way too many people if they’re not doing their job they’re playing around too much And laughing and giggling like when you walk in they’re not being professional they’re loud they’re laughing. You can’t hear yourself talk to the cashier and I told the cashier I said they need to pay attention because they’re going to have somebody get fired from Uber or delivery and everyone needs their job right now. OK so if y’all messed up and somebody is fired because we think that they take our food that’s not right That’s why they need to pay attention and all they can say is sorry about that. Sorry is not good enough you need to like cut the Staff in half that’s overkill that’s way too many workers in there for them to do that I mean, honestly I feel like I was going into a junior high school lunch hour or something that’s how they were acting and all they can say is I’m sorry about that. Do they not realize how serious that is you can have somebody lose our job that they need and that’s our only income it’s not it’s not cute and it’s not. I don’t care if they’re young or how old they are. They need to get their act together and stop playing around and pay attention to people‘s freaking orders Not happy at all and I’m not a Karen. I could’ve been screamed and everything, but I did not that’s why I checked with them before I got the delivery driver in trouble by saying my step was missing because he said everything was ready for him to pick up so that’s why I had to make sure that they made my order and they did so it wasn’t his mistake And I’m contacting corporate on this one because this is ridiculous. They need to know what you’re doing y’all need to stop acting childish and pay attention. I have a little piece of meat on my sub that was as thin as a leaf and then it’s all bread. They put onions and tomatoes on my stuff I didn’t want it. They made my whole everything was incorrect and then the Thanksgiving stuff that I was dying to try, it had nothing but freaking stuffing on it with a little slither of turkey. Yeah, I’m not happy and this is my first time eating at this location because we didn’t have one close to our house. I didn’t go out because I’m sick so please tell your staff to pull her head out of the sand. If you know what I mean and get it together because somebody’s gonna lose their job because of them

I’m so tired of getting bad take out food I decided to order two sandwiches to have one to fall back on in case one of them was bad. Unfortunately they were BOTH unbelievably bad.
I guess now I know… The new Firehouse subs at 104th and May is a no-go. Meatball sub along the bottom burnt so bad the bottom half of the meatballs we’re jet black hard as a rock with black char-chunks in the sauce yet the bread wasn’t burnt just singed and hard as a rock. Not sure what that’s about. And the cheese melted across the top tore like paper. Maybe it was paper, who knows. The Jamaican jerk had unidentifiable wilted “toppings” or whatever that was… with a ridiculous amount of sauce dumped on it, no cheese, and stale bread.
I would think the owners are in business to make money. Do better!

First time, they put my black olives and jalapeños in my potato soup, not on the sandwich. Second time, I asked for Cajun chicken, never looked at the screen because how can you mixed up that up with meatballs?? Let’s see if the third time can be the charm, or back to riding 5 miles to the other closest one.

My sandwich was for here they made it to go then took it out of the bag and put on a tray. The sandwich wasn’t even on the bread all the meat was half hanging. There was 11 employees in there was insane. Still so shook they took my sandwich out after they wrapped it put on a tray. It was already to go just keep it.
