Stop forgetting the Au Jus or just take the sandwich off the menu. Have done it multiple times now.
Edited as you finally are providing. Prices are expensive, but I’m fine with that. Please just remember the Au Jus and everything else. It’s not fair that restaurants don’t care about folks who order off DD or UE’s. Unfortunately, the dashers don’t check and don’t care so it’s up to the restaurant (some dashers do, but it’s not common).

Decent meats for a decent price. The freshness is remarkable. This establishment appeared clean and well kept for the most part. There was a longer wait than expected for how many people were in the store but I assumed it was because there were a lot of online orders. The food was very similar to something I would have at home. The meats seemed lacking of flavor but wrent super salty like most deli meats. They tasted healthy which is not a bad thing. I enjoyed their selection of chips as much as the sandwiches.

I havent seen this gross of a restaurant in a long time. At least 20 flies circling the food prep area. The girl is cleaning hard crusted food off the back food prep area. Clearly not cleaned the night before. The owner or managers should be ashamed of themselves. Fly light in the dining area has burnt out bulb and only one light on entire dining area. To top it off heres a picture of my 8 in M sub.

The sandwiches are good, but it takes a RIDICULOUS amount of time for them to make them when they aren’t even busy. I’ve regularly waited for 20 minutes for an Italian sub when there’s more people working then there are customers in the place.

You would think after the wait I could’ve gotten a sandwich without pieces of plastic from packaging inside it. Unfortunately I don’t have time to go back so I’ll just throw it out. Also apparently double meat means quadruple ham and the same amount of everything else. 25$ and a 20 minute wait for a Italian large double meat sub, and I’m goin hungry. Super lame.

There’s better out there, but here’s what I found today. I ordered 2 subs, 1 Italian & 1/2 meatball. Meatball sub came full size, not half, don’t know if I was charged for half or full but I ordered 1/2. That’s on me. My Italian sub come with a semi dry pickle +1☆. My Italian sub is so sloppy I can’t hold it together to eat it. Everybody likes their money’s worth on the meat, I can’t complain about quantity, plenty of meat. The bun is so wet with sauce its all soggy top & bottom sauced excessively, I even asked for no tomato so it wouldn’t be sloppy. The bun is way, way too small for the portion of meat supplied. I’ll have to use knife and fork because sub is too sloppy to hold together, its like trying to hold 3 slippery fish together in 1 stack. No, I won’t be back. Anges pizza & Donatos subs are less moist and won’t fall apart when your trying to eat it.

Lights half turned out and chairs up on table several hours before closing. No greeting when you walk in the door or asking what you’d like to order and clearly a bunch of people that don’t want to work. Sitting around on the counters. After a 20 minute wait, the order wasn’t correct and someone came out chasing me down as I was pulling out of the parking lot telling me I had someone else’s order after I opened the bag. They still took it back even after being in my car and probably gave it to the next customer.

I didn’t even get a chance to eat before witnessing a manager go off on a customer in front of his ten year old —over a mistake the manager made. He even told the staff to stop preparing the customer’s food. It was hard to watch. I’d think twice before dealing with the evening manager; he doesn’t seem to understand customer service at all.

When I walked into Firehouse Subs, I was greeted by most of the staff, with “Welcome to Firehouse!” The guy at the register who took my order was really friendly and pleasant. I ordered the New Yorker and it was perfectly put together. Will be going back to this location.

What a disappointment! Subway is better than this. The grilled chicken sub was pathetic, maybe 3 strips of chicken with a tiny amount of lettuce and onion. What happened to everything else? Ha! Won’t order again.
