Always a big fan of firehouse subs but cant afford to wait for 30+mins in store for 2 sandwiches while they’renot even busy. Not to mention that we placed online order ahead. Below is $17 sandwich, its a rip-off.

I have been to a lot of Firehouse subs and the sandwiches are always so good and I could get a sandwich generally pretty quick. I went to this particular location at around 3:30 on Monday December 15 and only one other person was waiting for his order. They were polite and said they would be right with me. The person who had his order in front of mine was waiting and kept looking up to see if his order was ready so I suspected he had been there a while so I almost did not order but they did take my order. It took exactly 17 minutes to get my sandwich. I was really surprised how long it took and I know 17 minutes does not sound like a lot of time. According to Gemini and Grok off peak should take 5-10 minutes to get a sandwich at Firehouse Subs. The food was really good and fresh and I will be back but expect wait times of up to 20 minutes during busy times.

Ordered a smoked brisket sub with extra bbq sauce today at 11:20 and i showed up to grab my sandwich to find 5 employees playing at the register. One of them i assume is a manager and only one person making a sub who was not a manager , i was the only person in line so things were slow . I recieved my sub combo and when i went to eat it , i found the meat was lukewarm and the fat was not rendered at all so what i ended up eating was mostly white fat also it was cut too thick which i also think hurt its ability to render correctly , i have an attached image , i ate what i could and i had to go somewheres else for food , i truly feel my money was wasted today. I blame poor management and low standards because i know it has the potential for being the best place to eat on siegan lane

The sand which was smaller than the pickle the served along with. 12 minute wait with no one ahead of me for cold max and cheese and a ridiculous philly the bread was cold it was literally maybe a 4 inch sandwich for 7 $ barely any meat. taste was fine price over priced and low quantity of toppings

I loved this place but my promo code online didn’t work when the transaction went through. The thanksgiving sandwich was ordered online but it wasn’t available in the store. So, I had to make a swap for another sandwich. A cheaper sandwich. They would not give me a refund in the store for the cheaper sandwich or the failed promo code.

I paid for an item and never received it, then was lied to about how to get a refund. The employees simply did not care about the issue. They told me I had to contact corporate through the app, but corporate told me only the store could process the refund. The employees (same person I spoke to the first call) then told me I had to return to the store, which was not an option as I was already 30 min away driving back to my hometown which is an hour away. Management never called me back, and I still don’t have any sort of compensation. To top it off, the sandwich I did get was the worst I have ever had—soggy with barely any meat. I threw it away after two bites. Based on other reviews I’ve read, it appears this location is known for both poor food quality and customer service. I am now reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau for what I consider to be theft.
Save yourself the trouble and the money; don’t step foot in this establishment.

I have already made a complaint to the store manager. The store manager contacted the general manager with about 30 minutes after my complaint. The owner then apparently got involved. So to start? I would like to respectfully show my appreciation for the very fast response to my complaint.
With that said this is the incident that occurred.
Around 11:30 on Thursday my wife entered the establishment to pick up her Uber eats order. She was on the clock and working. She went to get the order for her customer. As she was reaching for the food items she received comments from one of the current works that made her very uncomfortable. She tried to brush it off but when she turned around? The worker then made another sexually heated comment to her as she was leaving the establishment. She was hit on and sexually harassed by someone that works here. I don’t think any woman should have to worry about being sexually harassed and hit on by men working at a place of business. Unfortunately the damage has been done and she really doesn’t feel comfortable with this location anymore. Again? I would like to commend the effort of the upper management team for handling this issue with such speed and efficiency. I do also fully intend on bringing awareness to the public so that if this happens again we have full documentation from this point on. If there is anyone else that has experienced sexual harassment at this location I fully encourage you to please speak up. This form of behavior will never be accepted and we must all work together to stop this kind of highly inappropriate behavior from occurring.

This was the worst veggie sandwich I’ve ever had. The bottom of the sub was soaking wet and it looked like all the veggie had chopped into little pieces. Disgusting! AND NEVER ORDER FOR DELIVERY they give so many orders to one delivery person that the food is almost 2 hours old before you get it.

Hands down thee worst tuna fish sandwich I’ve ever had. Ordered tuna fish for Lent and pretty much got a mayonnaise and lettuce sandwich with tomatoes. Definitely won’t be ordering again.
