So I asked for a refund on the potato soup and a stale bag of chip because the soup was inedible and chips were partial open. I was told that their soup is frozen and can vary …..like no responsibility for super liquid and bacon grease soup they served me. My experience prior to this at other locations has been good but they may have lost a great customer over how they responded.

This location has refused to honor Uber eats orders 4 different times now. They claimed it was a problem with Uber eats but when I tried to order with Grubhub, surprise surprise the order was also canceled. Remove yourselves from food delivery apps. I would give 0 stars if possible. Keep in mind I have been tracking this experience over the past year and they still haven’t fixed the problem. I don’t write bad reviews for one-off experiences unless they are really bad.

If you are having a bad day and you are hungry, you will leave this sub shop with a smile on your face. The crew I just experienced are nothing short of a 10-star review. They are absolutely on their game and everybody behind that counter was smiling and having a good time. That is very nice to see you especially in today’s age where nobody wants to be at work etc. These employees made my day with their joyful kidding while making sandwiches and cracking jokes with customers. I will definitely return because of this experience

I visited your Firehouse Subs location and ordered a Firehouse Meatball on a garlic bun. I noticed the young lady preparing my sandwich cut the bun in half but didn’t add the garlic butter. I asked her about it, and she told me it had already been added.
When I received my sandwich, there was no garlic smell or taste at all. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem like I received the garlic bun I paid for, and at $19.87, that was very disappointing.
I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with my experience, and I wanted to make you aware of what happened.

If I could give zero stars that would still be too generous. We ordered 3 items and all 3 were missing toppings even tho they were rang in correctly. The lettuce on the salads was brown. We ordered ” to-go” and the oil/vinegar were tossed in the bag and spilt everywhere. When I told the employees about everything being incorrect , one responded “ok” and another just offered us the pickle they had originally forgot. Maybe if they were less concerned with singing karaoke to the blaring music they could actually do the job they are getting paid for. Such a incredible waste of time and money!

We ordered from doordash. Everytime we order from this specific place (because thats where doordash picks) we never get our drinks and are always missing items. We didn’t get our side chips or our chili. And always didn’t get the bottle soda.
