Normally the cashier is friendly and helpful. Today a young lady, who according to our receipt was Ceanna,was very short and rude. We were surprised. None of the tables were wiped off. It’s 1:46 pm. Not very busy, but we’re waiting quite a while on two sandwiches. Took 30 min to get our sandwiches and they had not made our fries. We ordered at 1:25, just got sandwiches at 1:57 less the fries. Trash can was overflowing for a while before being taken out.

Dawn was super sweet and helped me understand how to order very patiently. I was greeted when I came in and on top of that, my food came out very quickly. ALSO TASTED INCREDIBLE!! Love this place. Its always perfect. <3 Thank you for the great experience

We placed our order with the app to be picked up at 1:30 Sunday 11/09/2025 At 1:50 still not even started on ours and there were maybe 25 people in the restaurant and only 2 people had their food and not a single bag was on the to go rack the entire time. The lady at the register helped me just get a refund on my credit card so we could leave. She is always a very nice lady. The other 3 crew members were just standing around. We have been here many times but this instance made me think hard before ever trying it again.

We order via the mobile app for pickup frequently while we are in town for Clemson football. However, I think we’re done! Our orders are NEVER correct and we pay extra on the app for additional condiments, sides, etc. and it never fails…we are missing items on our order every single time. Management doesn’t seem to be very worried about unhappy customers or looking to improve workflows. Why give customers so many options to customize orders…if employees aren’t going to read the order details or are either incompetent.

The lettuce tasted bad the it was full of mayo, was not toasted. It was a horrible sandwich. I would say the lettuce had not been switched out probably been there all day. People can get sick. I would say lazy employees! The place was filled with smoke, probably the exhaust was not working.

Placed my order at 6:52pm when Noone was in the store and two people came in and ordered and got there sandwich before mine ever was ready. Took over 20 minutes before they even said anything. Employees were rude when asked what was taking.
Ended up asking for a refund.
Went to subway up the road and was in and out and out in less then 5 minutes.

Every time the subs are really good. I order online, and both times I tried to order their french fries and both times get charged for them but I never get them. But based on the subs, they are wonderful!!

This Seneca location use to be very good. Customer service is poor and they can never get our order right. I have a family of 5 so it’s very frustrating when I speed $80 and the order is wrong every time. Wait time is always long with only one or two customers inside. Most of the tables are ALWAYS dirty. New management would help a lot!!

Called order in, they said to give them 10mins,takes 15 minutes to drive,went in and paid for order,waited 20 minutes and asked another guy when it would be ready, he said it was sitting behind the counter, if going to get cold subs might as well go to subway

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The young man taking our order mumbled so quietly that we had to keep asking him to repeat himself. We waited for our sandwiches for over 20 minutes while 10 other people were also still waiting. There were multiple employees who were just walking around and wearing dirty looking clothes. When I asked for a pickle the man reached in the bucket and squeezed them so much that you could see where his hand grabbed it. I feel like we paid a lot of money for such a poor experience.
