First time at this location, will probably not be back. The food is good. The wait was longer than expected but I was okay with. What’s not okay is the lack of professionalism coming from employees. All of the employees I interacted with in this establishment were the furthest thing from friendly. I work is the service industry. I understand being busy and stressed out. It is NOT an excuse to be rude to paying customers.

This place is horrible there prices are why to high i got me a French dip and they charged me almost $27 bucks when i can go to Arbys and get a french dip half pound for $12 bucks and it taste alot better Fire house dip taste like greasy water and they put to much seasoning on the meat. The manager is very mean to her employees there is hardly a walk space. I will never eat there again if i want a french dip ill go to Arbys and get one

Ordered a bowl of Chicken & dumpling soup, but they gave me a cup of potato instead Therefore cheating me outta money & if you don’t serve what is on your menu then take it off .. and if your gonna substitute something would be nice to let me know.. and they forgot my chips ..Went back and asked about the soup, was told we don’t serve that here.. so nothing was fixed & . had to ask for our chips.. I go to Cg Firehouse subs and have never had a problem.. I know they just opened , but damn, do better .

Ordered a meatball sandwich meatballs are burnt and hard almost no merinera sauce, looks like someone ate half my sandwich to make it a medium. Bread was toasted to much and to small. Couple of rocks shoved between 2 pieces of bread. There is no sub here… ordered a large fry and got 10 fries. I guess someone ate the rest with half of sandwich before I got it.. cashier was super nice but the rest of the line must have been checked out….
