We placed 4 separate virtual orders. Only 2 were correct. When I called to share my concerns, I asked to speak to the manager. I was placed on hold. The same person came back on the line and asked what it was in reference to. I shared that I had some concerns about the orders being incorrect. Placed on hold again. The same person came back and told me I could share my concerns with him. I said no, I want a manager. He then says he’s the shift lead and there isn’t a manager available. So I asked why he didn’t identify himself from the beginning. He said there’s another shift lead there, and he was asking the other shift lead if he wanted to handle the concerns. Since the other one said no, he would just need to handle it. At this point, I didn’t believe him. I said if there’s no manager available, I’ll just put in a review online, and his response was ok. Then he hung up. Seriously?? If that’s the person leading, there’s a problem!

Firehouse has the best subs hands down but this visit I tried the Philly cheese and I didn’t like it. I usually get their Turkey sub, but I wanted to venture off and try something new. I was regretted not sticking to what I know.

My boyfriend and I visited this place to use the t-mobile promotion. The cashier was super nice and quick taking our order. We had to wait more than 10 minutes for our order, the restaurant was busy and they do not have enough staff. However all the employees were very attentive, polite and cordial.

Ordered online and had to have someone else pickup for me. They forgot a side. I tried to report it missing online, said to contact store. The said I had to go into the store for a refund. I cannot go in store. Ridiculous that they cannot refund me electronically. I paid electronically! The “customer service” here is always awful. They charged me for something I never got and want to make it difficult for me to get my money back. Shameful

I had the cheese steak. He had the smokehouse brisket. This is the first time I’ve had the cheese steak! I LOVE it! The super friendly fellow at the counter welcomed us as soon as we walked it. It was clean and the drink area was stocked. I have not one complaint.

I keep coming here because I live local but this location is unbelievably slow. The time takes to make a sub is strangely long and I’m not sure why. Would recommend if you anticipate to want to eat here, order ahead so it’s ready.
